It consists of a living room with open kitchen, furnished and equipped (stovetop, hood, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee machine) and a bathroom with toilet. There is a mezzanine with a double bed. The apartment has reversible air conditioning. (Ps: the mezzanine being steep the sofa also makes a bed) There is a private terrace in front of the accommodation. Parking is free and very easy on the street

The holm oaks

The apartment is independent, quiet with a private terrace, on the ground floor of our house backed by the hill of holm oaks. Designed for two people, it's not suitable for children. The property is fenced, with parking space. As a hygiene measure, no pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed indoors or outdoors. Rest assured that the premises have been thoroughly disinfected before your arrival according to the health protocol. See you soon.
