Cabin holiday rentals in Caddo River

We stayed 3 amazing nights at Blue Lotus and couldn't have hoped for a better experience. From the ambience to the genuine and kind spirits of our hosts, it was just what we needed. Visiting the national Park and Lake Ouachita were both beautiful experiences as well. We will most certainly be back much sooner than later!

The Green Apple A-Frame is a keeper. Whenever we come to Hot Springs, it will be at the top of my list. It is close but not too close to HS. It’s maybe a 15-20 easy drive to get downtown. The house came with everything we needed. To cut some expenses, we cooked 2 out of our 3 meals. The house had all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable and we slept well to prepare for the nexts day’s activities. Overall five stars.

I Absolutley love this place! It’s so peaceful and pleasant. You have everything you need at disposal. The cabin is always clean and tidy. I love it. I love the handmade look and old time feel of the cabin. It takes me back to my childhood hood. The hot tub is an added bonus and the grill is one of my favorites because I love cooking outdoors in the evenings. The porch has the curtains for added privacy. There’s always a squirrel and a coon that comes to visit me and it just adds to my visit. I saw a deer this weekend while I was drinking coffee and it was awesome! Anna is always accommodating and very responsive. If you need anything she’s right there. I highly recommend this place! It’s one of my favorites. ❤️ Book it you won’t regret it !!! It’s secluded yet right in town too.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and it was the perfect fit for our trip to Hot Springs! It seemed like everything was a 25 minute drive (Hot Springs National Park, Ouachita National Forest, Walmart, great restaurants, alligator farm entertainment, etc.) and the driving scenery was so beautiful. We even made it over to Little Rock! One of the best parts of this trip was getting to come back to the runaway train cabin to relax at night. The Fox Pass Cabin property is very well kept and each cabin is secluded and offers stellar privacy. We enjoyed having outdoor seating and a hot tub with cozy lighting in the trees and on the porch. The inside of the cabin was incredibly comfortable and well-outfitted with all we needed. We highly recommend this property to any couple or small group of friends looking for a cozy stay in the Hot Springs/Garland county area!

The Cozy Moose was exceptional! It is exactly what we needed to get away from every day life and live the mountain life for a couple days. Everything was as shown in pictures. Ms. Samantha is a wonderful hostess and very sweet! She is also very informational about recommendations on what to do, eat, see, etc! This place is definitely worth your viewing and stay for a romantic or for a couples getaway! 11/10 stars for sure! We love the Cozy Moose! 🫎❤️

We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH!! It was exactly what we needed! We loved the outdoor space and the coziness of the cabin. The cabin was easy to find and it had everything we could have needed. We will definitely stay here again! Perfect weekend!

I could stay here a million times again, such a beautiful spot surrounded by nature

Wonderful place to stay! When we walked in, everything was very clean. Everything was as described. The extra throw blankets were hit with my family! The few seasonings that were in the kitchen is nice if you don’t pack everything you need. Beds were comfortable and the place felt like home! The jacuzzi was a big hit with my boys! Relaxing in the evening time in the jacuzzi or around the gas fire pit was Great! Tommy was a wonderful host! Was very responsive and didn’t mind bringing an item over if needed. Would definitely stay at one of his places again if we are back that way!

My husband and I had an amazing getaway for our anniversary. Lakeside, in the woods, very serene. Absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful time! Hope to come back and bring the kids!

We loved our stay at the Hideaway cabin this weekend. The cabin was beautiful, very clean, incredibly relaxing and comfortable. Our host was extremely responsive when we at a short power outage due to storms. Not to mention this hideaway is above a 5 Star for sure! We will definitely be back and will share with Friends when they need a place to get away too. Thanks for an amazing place for us to celebrate Father’s Day weekend and relax!

Kayla is super great. She was very responsive to our questions and was extremely proactive in getting us information about the place and the check-in / check-out procedures. The place is immaculate and close to things to do, especially a cool damn that we loved going to. Lots of other things to do here...or just relax and unwind for the weekend! We will definitely keep her on the short-list for places to stay!

We loved our stay at My Sister's Cabin! The outdoor space and grounds were our favorite part of the property. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings from the covered porch which also included a large comfortable hammock! The tiered deck to the river's edge was very nice and offered a fantastic view of the river and great fishing opportunities. Our Grandson fished from the bank daily and caught several fish! We loved the firepit set-up with Adirondack chairs and adjacent charcoal grill. Upon arrival, the logs had been neatly placed in the firepit along with a table of assorted roasting sticks nearby ready for making smores which I thought was a nice gesture! The lighting outside in the evenings was so inviting and calming with strands of Edison bulbs hung throughout the property and rope lighting on the tiered decks. The inside space was nice and much more spacious than the pictures showed! The kitchen was well equipped which was great since we cooked all of our meals while there!

The cabin interior displayed fitting rustic decor. The accent lighting on the porch & fire pit adds ambience to the outdoor element. A great option to serve as a base to your local adventures or circle up around the firepit (weather impacted our stay) Things we would think someone considering this cabin would like to know: If you want "secluded" this is not your spot. *see other reviews about the road, neighbors, random gunshots, and public parking by the bridge (we experienced all of these too, but not bothered by it) The TV does scream go outside, its small and very dated (you should be outside anyway) Be sure to check in during daylight (it's Arkansas and we literally fought our way through a swarm of giant beetles to get to the keypad & inside with a late check-in) Bathroom sink hot water is instant so be careful! Very minimal kitchen area but has a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge. 3 kcups, 2 bottles of water, S&P shakers, and electric griddle Overall we enjoyed it!!

Julia’s house is perfect. It had everything we would have needed. Beds were so comfortable and the porch was the best. Highly recommend!

We wanted a private and peaceful, nature filled getaway and that’s exactly what we got. The hot tub was nice, the multiple seating areas were a nice addition, and the outdoor shower was beyond peaceful. On your drive up to the place, be careful and mindful of the deer crossing the roads. Hosts has laundry detergent pods, washer and dryer, plates and cups, cooking utensils for grilling, towels for face washing/hand drying and showering. Everything was perfect , the only con to mention would be the foul smell in the bedroom. I’m not sure if it’s due to previous guest who were smokers but the smell never went away, we tried spraying perfume and turned on the fan on high but no use. The bed sheets did not smell bad, it was just the room itself. The window unit a/c and fan work great during these hot summers, would highly recommend. And we would return. Extremely worth it!

Such a hidden gem! My son and I had the best time here—peaceful, cozy, and the perfect spot to unplug. We spent our days hiking nearby trails and our nights relaxing under the stars by the firepit. The cabin had all the comfort we needed, and the views were just “chef’s kiss”. Already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a reset and some quality time in nature!

Incredible cabin in Albert Pike! This location was serene and peaceful. Private and quiet, with our own tributary running right next to the cabin. Looking forward to many more visits at Livin’ on the Edge!

Can’t wait to go back! Beautiful property! Dogs enjoyed being able to run and we loved the peace and quiet. Kids enjoyed just being outside in nature. Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven!

You think you need 3 days away? You need 5 and you need them right here in this tranquil, deeply restorative, quaint, rustic cabin. This cabin is overflowing with unique touches and extreme hospitality, so many little decorative touches and treats we couldn't enjoy them all in our 3 day stay. Which brings me back to you MUST book 5 days minimum! LOL From the porch swing naps to the Hot Tub soaks, everything was in perfect order. We had a small problem with the hot plate and a replacement was immediately provided. Do you know how incredible that was? You are literally in the middle of NOWHERE and POOF, instant response. Incredible. We were already in love with this little place, but that kind of attention takes it to the next level. I can't recommend Fancy Hills highly enough. We hope to stay again and again and again.

Host was super easy to contact and responded quickly. Welcome book and information in advance made it more convenient to prepare before arriving. Cabin has a unique layout and there is no bathroom on the lower level unless you go across to the separate bedroom. The stairs to the main living room are a bit steep and have a tight turn at the bottom. Opted to go outside and up the deck stairs and through the sliding glass doors of the living room a couple of times. The downstairs bedroom with twin beds does have some noise from the AC and water sounds that take some getting used to. But the beds in all the rooms were comfortable and it was easy to quickly feel at home. The beautiful patio and outdoor cooking area with deck overlooking the river make you want to spend your whole time here. The yard is mostly clear with woods bordering the property. Enjoyed bird songs and deer sightings. We did not want to leave. We came for the diamond mining but the real gem was this little hide away.

Rodger and his wife were very friendly and even kept the place stocked with things that normal Airbnb don't have. They all the essential and were super accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely precious place! Just the right balance of cabin in the woods, but conveniently located near things to do! Couples cabin is perfect for just that, a couples getaway! The hot tubs are the cherry on top!
