In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

A single room accommodates a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, sink, range hood), coffee machine, cupboard and dining area. The sleeping area consists of 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary and a coffee table. The studio includes a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
