The perfect place to stay whether you are visiting family, here to work, on holiday or waiting for your new home to be built. Featuring a good sized lounge/bedroom, built in wardrobe. Just decorated with new carpet (2023). A bathroom with a bath and shower. A fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge with an ice compartment, pots and pans. A new energy efficient boiler has also just been installed. Outside there is allocated off-road parking and pretty communal gardens.

The Property was built in 1885, we having loving restored this building and have kept many of the Original features which can be seen, we've also given it a modern up to date touch,it has a Wonderful Outdoor Space where there is a seating area. It's decorated throughout to a very high standard. It's very Central just a 10 minute walk into the City Centre. There are great Pubs less than 2 minutes away where the Food Served is Fabulous @The Black Horse. Very Close to the Golden Triangle

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
