The ground floor consists of living room, dining room, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor terrace and large garden patio of 100 m² at the rear connected with the garage with capacity to enter several cars and a large porch , laundry room with another toilet and sink. The upper floor consists of 1 double bedroom with 2 beds and 3 single bedrooms with 1 bed. 1 bathroom with shower and sink. Work area and a terrace.

Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
