Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cala d'Or

We were a group of 6 celebrating some special birthdays. Shayla was very helpful and friendly, and responded to our queries immediately. Her lovely housekeeper was there to greet us on arrival. The space is amazing and was a former textile factory. The photos do not do it justice! It's located on a quiet street but only a 5 minute walk away from restaurants and shops. We didn't hire a car and enjoyed travelling on the tram to the port, the train to Palma and the bus to Deià.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin Florence war äußerst freundlich und schnell erreichbar als etwas kaputt gegangen ist und hat innerhalb weniger Stunden Ersatz gebracht. Auch ein CheckIn spät am Abend war kein Problem. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer hat nur ein 1,40m Bett, das für 2 Personen zu klein sein könnte. Das sollte man beachten, wenn man zu 6. anreisen möchte. Ansonsten war alles super!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Finca! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Pool und der Grillplatz – perfekt für entspannte Tage und gemütliche Abende. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen sofort persönlich geholfen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Finca absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa La Telaranya. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und bietet eine herrliche Atmosphäre für entspannte Tage auf Mallorca. Besonders der schöne Garten und die großzügige Terrasse haben uns sehr gefallen und laden zum Verweilen ein. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Im Garten halten sich einige Katzen auf. Das war für uns grundsätzlich kein Problem, allerdings hatten wir einen Kollegen mit starker Katzenhaarallergie dabei – hier wäre es hilfreich gewesen, diese Information vorab zu wissen, um besser planen zu können. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus und ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Emilio's apartment was wonderful. Its location on the seafront with beautiful views and a small beach with shallow waters for swimming couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment is peaceful, private and has everything you could need. Emilio and his brother Enric are warm, helpful and generous hosts. Thank you!

Die Zeit im Casa del Diamante war sehr schön und unglaublich erholsam. Tolle Lage, unglaublich schöner Blick sowie ein toller Pool. Die Kommunikation war schnell und super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen, der eine schöne Zeit -abseits des Massentourismus - auf Mallorca verbringen möchte.

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Wir haben 5 Tage in Vincentes Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung war wunderschön. Vom Schlafzimmerbalkon war der tolle Hafen zu sehen und von Wohnzimmer aus konnte man über die Bucht gucken. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat an alles gedacht um uns einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft zu ermöglichen. Alles war sogar besser als beschrieben und vor allem die Gegend. Vor der Tür hatte man alles was man braucht. Tolle Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar Bäcker. Zum Strand hat es auch keine 10 Minuten gebraucht. Wir sind froh Vincentes Unterkunft ausgesucht zu haben und sind ihm sehr dankbar für seine Zuvorkommenheit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Sehr ruhige Lage. seitlicher Meerblick. Vor der Tür war immer ein Parkplatz frei . Auf dem großen Balkon konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, waren aber auch schnell am Strand. Gekühlte Getränke lagen bei unserem Eintreffen im Kühlschrank bereit . Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation war super die Besitzerin spricht fließend deutsch. WLAN lief super deutsches Fernsehen ist möglich aber wer will das schon wenn er aufs Meer schauen kann. Gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Ed and Wayne’s apartment. It was very spacious, had everything you need (even beach umbrellas and beach towels) and the beds were super comfy. The balcony is really special and the whole experience was really relaxing, we didn’t want for anything. Communication and instructions were great too. Highly recommend!

Ons verblijf (met onze dochter van 6 maanden) was erg fijn bij Petra! Goed appartement met een heerlijke grote rustige tuin die je met de eigenaren deelt en hun 2 lieve honden en katten. Ook heb je een eigen terras wat je kan afsluiten. Parkeren kan voor de deur in de straat, daar is voldoende plek. Om de hoek zit een grote supermarkt en bakkertje. Alcúdia ligt op een paar minuten wandelen. Erg leuk stadje. Zou het verblijf zeker aanraden. Petra zorgt voor een warm welkom en is makkelijk bereikbaar voor tips of andere vragen.

Ein herrlicher Platz nicht weit vom mehr (Portocolom) mit schöner Terasse und Poolbereich in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Topp für Radtouren und Läufe in die Umgebung.

Really nice place. Be careful with taxis's and the address. My fault - I don't know there are lots of number 75s! Pay attention to the photo's provided - I didn't ;( Very close to the end of Pine Walk - just off it but very close. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice weeks break.

Excellent apartment with great facilities. Clean, modern comfortable. Outstanding views and peaceful location. The apartment was quite noisy because it isn’t very well insulated but this is a small thing in comparison to what was a great experience.

Die Villa ist ein einziger Traum. Wir haben wirklich jede Sekunde vor Ort genossen. Traumhaft!!! Marsha ist eine grandiose Gastgeberin und hat uns immer blitzschnell geantwortet. Auch Salvador vor Ort bekommt ein großes Lob. Besonders der Blick aufs Meer sowie die beiden Pools sind wahnsinnig schön. Generell ist die Lage der Villa ebenfalls sehr positiv und man kann vieles unternehmen, auch wenn wir die Zeit am liebsten vor Ort verbrachten, weil es so schön dort ist. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell zu Ende und wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder. Eine ganz große Empfehlung!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Le logement était parfait, très confortable et idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la mer — un vrai rêve. Un immense merci à Lola, qui a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour. Elle nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Pere was amazing- what a fantastic host and property! Kitchen was well equipped, a starter kit of necessities to get us going, and the house itself was perfect for our group of parents and our college age young women. We loved the pool and walkability to multiple beaches and restaurants. Pere went above and beyond with assistance getting there, setting up the BBQ, providing bus schedules, getting to the store. I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience. We hope to return some day- absolutely perfect! Gracias.

Hem estat un grup de 8 persones a la casa i ens hi hem trobat molt còmodes. Les vistes són fantàstiques en un entorn molt tranquil. L'Isabel súper atenta a totes les preguntes que han anat sorgint. Gràcies!

We had a wonderful time staying at Michelle’s Villa! With a car, we were able to explore so much of the Island and use the Villa as a home base. It was also easy to get a taxi to Palma if we didn’t want to drive. The Villa was clean and spacious and well equipped for everything we needed. There is a grocery store near by as well as nice restaurants by the beach. The out door space was lovely and very relaxing! We’d love to come back!

I loved every moment of our stay at Doris' place. It is well stocked with everything a guest might need, the linens are premium, the pool was cleaned several times during our stay, the place was squeaky clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more. I also loved all of her personal home decor touches and art collection. Upon arrival, we were met with a representative who walked us through the house and provided us with all the information we would need. Doris has considered all the details carefully ensuring that our stay is memorable. The villa and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this to whoever is looking for a tranquil, quiet place to stay.

The house is situated right above Fornalutx, connected to the village via an old hiking trail. We did not have a car and walked into town for groceries and restaurants. There are also many lovely hikes, which are within walking distance - Barranc de Biniaraix and Cuber, Cala Tuent and of course (Port de) Sóller. Make sure, however, to also spend a rest day in the house to enjoy the sun (from 9am to the evening) and pool. Sitting in the shade, listening to the sounds of birds, sheep and goats was very relaxing. We will be back for sure.
