It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.

The spacious, private sun terrace (approx. 60 m²) is partly covered. It enjoys beautiful views and you can sun bath or enjoy your meals. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, cafes and bars and also shops where you can buy provisions.

The apartment is located 150 meters from the wonderful crystal clear water beach called Cala Molins. It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), air conditioning along with all the equipment. Due to the Balearic law, you have to pay the eco-tax, which is 2 euros per person per night for those over 16 years of age.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
