Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Casa Uno was a wonderful stay. The ambiance of the home felt cozy and warm, especially perfect for a rainy day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The subdivision is safe and secure, and we felt completely at ease during our stay. The pool was well maintained. There was a temporary water interruption during our visit, but the host was very accommodating and allowed us to use their other property for bathroom access, which we appreciated. The guards and staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a great experience with just a minor inconvenience that was handled well. Would definitely recommend.

The place is so big and peaceful. very ideal sya for quick get together specially with kids. we're kinda hesitant at first coz limited ang reviews but we really found a gem. it really exceeded our expectations nagrequest pa nga kami na magextend haha. Thank you! just few things. - No wifi but the signal/data is strong - not Ideal if you dont have a ride - the nearby store is kinda far so make sure to bring everything or ask ate caretaker. she offered to buy things for us

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

The place was super clean, with fast internet and complete appliances. The host is also approachable and responsive to the inquiries when checking in. There's also a sari sari store nearby. I highly suggest that androidtv should have netflix for more movies. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the place. Hoping for another staycation at Michelle's Place. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay - definitely enjoyed the heated private pool and jacuzzi at night. Loved that it's pet-friendly as we were able to bring our dog. Quality in everything at home - interior, furniture, lighting. Wish there are home slippers :)

Its a great deal. The place is huge! very nice and neat! easy check in! it has 2 balconies with a perfect view of the pool! very relaxing! really worth the price. The adults and kids enjoyed staying in this place it has lots of toys playstation and a real play area (jenga, snakes and ladder and more) Host mary is very responsive and proactive! Always making sure if we are okay or we need anything..

Arrived early hours in the morning but the host was there waiting with smile on their face Were very helpful during my stay.The place was small and compact but being on my own was just right.Was a short walk to sari sari store and tricyles which i used a lot as didnt have my own transport.Was there for 1 month and enjoyed every minute. For short stay its worth it.

the place is unique and has a special character. As a 90s kid, you'll feel right at home. Only room for improvement is the type of towels provided, it can be better by using cotton type towels. Also, great value for money.

It is a really a great place to stay. The house is very homey. The caretaker is super helpful. The place is big and convenient for family gathering/staycation. This is without a doubt one of the best place we've stayed in Tagaytay.

We had a wonderful “biglaan” outing. Thank you for accommodating us. It was raining when we got there. Thank you for the kuyas and ates for the umbrellas and help in carrying our bags. The villa is very IG-worthy. Vibrant and inviting. You will really feel you’re on vacation mode once there. Space is just right for our family of eight. Actually there’s more than enough beds and can still accommodate more I think with additional fee. All in all, we had a great stay. Short and sweet. Thanks!

I used to live in Taytay, Rizal. I had some things to do this trip, so I looked for a suitable place that is near my old family home and also give us some much needed relaxation. The ad was very attractive as it had a pool, a kitchen, and a big bedroom, and it was a few minutes drive to my old place. When we got there, the host’s sister, AG, was present to welcome us. We quickly settled in. The room’s air conditioning made it very comfortable for sleep. The bedroom had bed-space enough for 8 persons. The bed we used was adequate for my husband and myself. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. There was a water dispenser which is very much appreciated as we always make tea; a big fridge to store our meager supplies; seating area for at least 18 persons there. The pool was clean and we used it as often as we can while there. There was privacy as the place was surrounded by tall trees and a high fence. In all, a very pleasant stay for us.

Highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to our family and friends. The staff was helpful, super responsive and accommodating.

We had a good Christmas Eve here; the event area with pool side is the best selling point for me. We’ve made a lot of fun activities which require a huge space. Resorts staff were very accommodating, the pool is clean with jacuzzi on the side. The rooms were clean, bedsheets and toilet were clean too. Will recommend this gem to my friends.

From easy to find the location then self check in we just had the problem in the water at our rooms didn't open immediately, but it just that overall experience was great. definitely will come back to this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Roma. The place is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There were some insects around, but that’s expected because of the location—and it’s clearly mentioned on the listing, so no surprises there. The caretaker was also very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Overall, a great experience. We’d definitely love to come back!
