LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION One house from the beach. So easy and quick to go back and forth. The back deck was so peaceful. Morning coffee on the deck staring at the sea. We even made it into the pool. Enjoyed an evening cocktail sitting in the pool(no glass!) The house was well equipped and taken care of. Clean sofa that does not sink to the floor. I slept in the king room. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. So many rentals have awful beds, no matter how much you pay. Stephanie was very responsive and flexible with check in and check (when available) I will definitely return

A wonderful family vacation in a beautiful home. Janet was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. She is fully invested in her guests comfort while respecting their space. This place has everything you would want for entertainment. The spa was extra nice because it heated fast and had a great atmosphere. Plenty of spaces for everyone and games to play. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. TVs everywhere. Host was super responsive. Probably the best host from all my times renting a home.

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Was a wonderful home. Loved the location was so close to barefoot landing. Would definitely come back again! Two pools were super nice. Easy drive to the beach. Only complaint was the WiFi was so slow there is no way anyone would be able to work remotely.

My husband and I were visiting my parents who just moved to Ocean Isle. They had a lot of out-of-town guest staying at their house so we decided to rent something of our own. Taylor‘s home was perfect! The house is clean, welcoming and very comfortable. I felt like I was staying at a relatives home we will definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic. Brian was great at communication and assisting us when needed. The home is beautiful and a great location with all the amenities that you need. I would definitely stay at his property in the future and highly recommend his property for a stay at Sunset Beach.

Perfect Airbnb to stay for a weekend wedding in the area. Had everything we needed, including for a toddler and loved the screened porch for outdoor hangs.

The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could have possibly needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The beach access was incredibly easy—just steps away—and the location on Sunset Beach is unbeatable: quiet, family-friendly, and stunningly beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond with beach amenities—chairs, umbrellas, even toys for the kids. The kitchen was impressively stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, making it so easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. We can’t recommend this place enough and are already hoping to return next year. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The stay here was peaceful and easy access to all types of things to do! Multiple beaches within driving distance. Giselle was very responsive and eager to make the stay perfect!

We really enjoyed out stay! The house was clean and spacious. They provided plenty of beach accessories. We had plenty of towels and extra supplies provided. It’s a perfect family vacation spot. We were able to walk to the beach and little shops. One of the host stopped by and she was really nice. They were communicative and gave us early check in. It was an amazing weekend! I would definitely stay again!

This place has everything you could want for a beach trip. A wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. The 4 block walk to the beach is easy but the golf cart made it much more fun. Public beach access with golf cart parking available on 17th and 21st. If you don’t like the sand, the pool and hot tub are enough. Even board games for rainy days. The only thing that could make this house any better is if it were oceanfront. Thanks again for the nice house to make more memories together.

Coming to OIB has been our family tradition for the past 45 years, but this was the first time in 8 years that my whole family was able to stay together. The hosts graciously allowed both early check in and late check out. The house was impressively clean! Beautifully decorated with modern furniture and updated finishes. Very comfortable and cozy. We brought our elderly dog with us for her first beach visit. I was thankful to find pet bowls to use since I forgot to bring hers. We ordered pizza the first night from our longtime favorite, Sharky’s. The beach was within walking distance and the access was right beside the Community Center with volleyball court and bathrooms. We appreciated the use of the wagon and beach toys provided. We enjoyed the park in the evenings. Both the park and museum are very close to the property. The canal view was peaceful and pleasant. Great hosts, great location, great price! We had a fantastic time and plan to return soon!!

Loved our stay here, was a nice and quiet area and dog friendly which was a requirement for my travel group. Beautiful place to stay and really loved the outside shower and it’s convenience.

Allyson's beach house was a perfect getaway for our family. Upgraded everything inside, great location (just a short walk to a BEAUTIFUL beach) near local restaurants and shops. Home had all the amenities needed: great kitchen cookware, towel and linen service, even a few kitchen staples you hate to buy and trash when staying at other Airbnb's: olive oil, salt/pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. Allyson was a fantastic host - great communicator, solid local recommendations, and immediately available should you have questions. 10/10 would rent this place again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s place. The house was clean, didn’t have a bad smell, and without stains. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking items we needed throughout our stay. We were steps away from the beach, which was great and the views were amazing. The house is located in a perfect spot. A couple miles from the point to view sunsets and 8 miles to restaurants and shops. The house is also located in between 2 public beach access points so the beach area behind the house was never busy with other beach goers. We appreciated the baby and kid items at the house for our family. Our only complaints were that the wifi wasn’t very fast, and the walk path to the beach was a little weedy. Overall this was the perfect house and beach spot for our family vacation. Check in and checkout instructions were simple and Sandy was very helpful when we had questions and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended this house to others and would love to go back.

this home is 10/10 perfect. i actually enjoyed that it was one the third row back, I felt totally safe with my kids playing outside without worrying about heavy traffic! and the home, my gosh, beautiful! Corey & Summer are great property managers!

Everything was PERFECT! The location was spectacular, the condo was spotless and had everything we needed! We will 100% come back again. Thank you for the very much needed vacation !
