Great apartment on the ground floor. The hostess is great. I will book here again.

The accommodation was as described, a little cool due to the basement location, but since it was hot anyway, it was good. The amenities were absolutely sufficient, the check-in went quickly and I was personally shown the parking lot and the accommodation.

It was perfect for our group of friends! The accommodation alone with numerous possibilities (saunas, bathtub, pool table, garden, super-equipped kitchen, television, books,...) has made for such eventful days that we would have liked to stay much longer to explore the area more (e.g. the charming Allstadt and the beautiful rural possibilities for walking, etc.). The house was so large and cozy that everyone had their own space when they needed it, but we could also keep ourselves perfectly busy in the group. Was a great vacation!

A very well-equipped house with plenty of space for 8 people and two dogs. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and extensive kitchen equipment. The play facilities were also extensively used. Only the many steps to the entrance of the house were a bit problematic for my old dog. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had a great weekend with kids at the property. Everything was as described and very clean. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the place. Everything you need is available and very comfortable beds:)

Renate welcomed us in a very friendly way. Her apartment is stylish and tastefully furnished and the amenities are more than generous. The small, beautiful bathroom also has a great shower. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay all around. Everything was taken care of, as described. Very clean and tidy. The only thing I missed was a bedside lamp and a chair for the kitchen table to make it perfect. The area in which the apartment is located is of course very lively - directly on one of the traffic hubs of Kassel. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. If you want to do something and see something, this is the place for you.

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

Lovely apartment close to hiking paths that lead to Bergpark Wilhemshöhe. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. Regine and Stefan were very welcoming and generous!

Super nice, cozy and unique accommodation! We felt very comfortable right away and the hosts were super friendly & always easy to reach. You can relax both in the apartment and in the large garden and the surroundings are a really nice area. It is not in the middle of the city center, but you can still reach excursion destinations very well. Would definitely go there again :))

David was a gracious host and very responsive. His clear enthusiasm for the area shines through in his guidebook and recommendations. We loved spending a long weekend here and hope to be back someday. A great option for families with small children especially.

"Small but nice" is the name of the accommodation and that's exactly what it is. We found everything very clean and very well equipped. In the kitchen, there is a Senseo coffee machine, a small stove and everything else you need. The bathroom is small but very functional, with a great shower. In the main room there is a bed, a huge TV and a small table for breakfast, eating, writing, etc. The bed is comfortable and sufficient for two people. Florian is very helpful and friendly. We fully recommend the place.

It is a small, cozy, quiet, clean, simply furnished apartment in which I felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything you need for everyday life is available, plus small loving extras. Tea, coffee, and cereals are also available. The bed is very comfortable, I slept very well. Anita came over to greet us with delicious strawberries😋. We'd love to come back 👍

Fantastic apartment in a great environment. We spent 2 nights here with our two children (3 and 8) and explored Fritzlar, the National Park and Kassel Wilhelmshöhe from there. The children especially liked the playground right next to the house and Wolfgang and Simone are great hosts! The old rectory is beautiful! We will be happy to come back.

The place met all our expectations. We were warmly welcomed, the apartment was excellent in all respects. Especially the quiet and natural location of the beautiful half-timbered house was very convenient for us. And yet the center of the city of Kassel is very fast - also accessible by public transport. The apartment is very well distributed with two separate bedrooms, the beds are very comfortable, although the visiting bedroom was missing a wardrobe, you can use those of the master bedroom, which is very spacious. Particularly my use was familiar, use the kitchen very frequently which is small but is acceptably well equipped. The heating in perfect condition, widely used in this winter season. The bathroom is very clean and equipped with hot and cold water, however it has a small bathtub in which it is not possible to stand upright without opening the roof window, the apartment is on the last level. The neighborhood is super quiet, the building to say, it seemed that it was only inhabited by us. Very close to the apartment there is a tram stop and a bus stop from where you can mobilize to any point. It does not have laundry but you can wash your clothes in nearby self-service laundries, if you require it.

We are a family of three with a child, and Anton allowed us to stay. The accommodation is exactly as pictured. It was small, but clean and comfortable. The tram station and the mart are a 2-minute walk away. We could go anywhere, and we were happy walking in the big park in front of the house every day. Anton was so kind and responded quickly to our needs and solved them. It was fun to hear the laughter of the children in the school in front of the house every morning :) Thanks to you, I leave Kassel with only good memories. I recommend this accommodation to anyone:)

We had a great time. The apartment was super clean and there was everything you needed for a short stay. We even got delicious waffles from our hostess at the door.

We booked Andrea's place with little notice as we had to visit a sick friend who lived in Göttingen. Andrea confirmed immediately and gave clear instructions on how to get in. The place was super clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet and lovely to walk around. We stayed just two nights but enjoyed our stay. Andrea is a lovely host and we certainly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Göttingen.

We stayed at this wonderful Airbnb for the second time and relaxed nicely, enjoyed the view of Hercules, were happy about the loving address of the hostess, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and slept very well. We'll be back for sure! Kassel is a great city! And the apartment invites you to linger.

It is a very nice apartment where everything you need is present. Cozy and clean. Netflix on the TV that allows you to log in with your own account. And good beds. It is in the built-up area in a quiet location next to a reasonably large lake. Plenty of room to let the dog run or swim. And within walking distance of Bad Lippspringe, which you can reach via a beautiful route through the park. In Bad Lippspringe, there are a few restaurants and various shops. Beautiful hiking trails in the area. About 20 km away, you have Detmold, a very nice town with many restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful week and will definitely come back to Valentina when we come back to the area.
