Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Caledonia County

This was a really wonderful home for our purposes. The fenced in area and grounds were very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The trails on the property were well marked and maintained, despite a lot of rain prior to our stay. I recommend this property whole heartedly.

Peaceful retreat close to everything. Great home base for mountain biking. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and hope to return someday!

Modern and rustic combined, beautiful sunny kitchen, easy access to kingdom trails. Beds were very comfortable.

We loved our weekend getaway at Brittany’s! The house is perfect, the views are amazing and she was an incredible and very responsive host. Couldn’t recommend it more highly, especially if you are looking for a place to escape in the White Mountains with kids!

My kids and I had a great stay. The house is perfect. Great home base for biking, hiking and going to the lake. It was very relaxing- loved hearing the stream at night. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Also, Sandy was quick to respond to any questions 👍

The house is great! across the street for the bike shop, restaurant, grocery. Ride the trails from the house, Tiki bar is a few steps away. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat well. We enjoyed being at the house almost as much as being on the trails. Thank you,

Enjoyed our stay in this rustic farmhouse! While a 2nd shower would have been ideal for the number of people staying, we were able to get by with one. The hosts were lovely - very responsive and friendly and allowed a flexible check-in for us. Location was perfect for our reason for being there, which was a wedding just “around the corner”. Very comfortable, large kitchen with big dining table and 2 sitting/living room spaces. We were a family group staying for several days for a wedding and we all enjoyed our time there. Nice big front porch, looking out on fields and trees. Hummingbirds, Monarch butterflies and one morning an escaped cow :)!!. Would definitely stay again.

Totally quaint and remote. A unique type of place. You don't see that every day which makes it more fun. Mostly dirt roads around there so hopefully you have very good suspension.

Staying at Grace's place is the highlight of our summer. Grace is a lovely person and host and the apartment and surroundings are peaceful and comfortable. While there is much to do in the area, the property is so beautiful we are always happy to remain, sit back and enjoy the view. A perfect place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Cooper’s Airbnb. The apartment was brand new with excellent air conditioning and central heat. Both Cooper and Cheree are friendly, welcoming, responsive, and responsible hosts. They are a joy to work with. The surrounding Vermont countryside is beautiful. I enjoyed watching the seasons change through the many windows. The apartment is spacious for 1 or 2 people. It has the amenities to make a stay relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend a stay at Cooper’s Airbnb.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

I had another wonderful stay at the Hygge Den…very comfortable, cozy and peaceful. I always enjoy being on the land as well. Rae and Mitch are such responsive, friendly and caring hosts. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back…see you soon!!

Lovely rustic stay on a campground! The apartment was easy to find and felt welcoming. Colin was very responsive and accommodating. The best amenity was the sauna - easy to use and so relaxing!

Amazing place. Perfect personal touches, with grinder coffee, bread, jam and infinite amounts of tea.

I chose this rental because of its close proximity to the Kingdom Trails. My husband and I had a wonderful time. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the location is beautiful and quiet. The space was very clean and the kitchen was stocked so we could make our breakfast and lunches there. There are some good restaurants nearby as well. The best part was being greeted by Gus (their dog) when returning after riding. I highly recommend this rental!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to our host. They were incredibly thoughtful and proactive, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful tips about the area. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful vacation. The cabin is a true gem in the North East Kingdom. Upon entering the house, fresh flowers decorated the rooms and we found a basket of snacks for us and our dog. Leslie and Matt’s passion for decorating made the house cozy and inviting. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the garden, relaxing on the deck, and walking to the river. The food shopping service Leslie and Matt offer is an added bonus. The cabin is also in a perfect location. There are many great hikes and restaurants close by. The North East Kingdom truly delivered with its scenic woods, spectacular summit views, and gorgeous waterfalls. Plus every meal was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and making our vacation this year a memorable one! You both were responsive, friendly, and such a help before and during our stay. This vacation was exactly what we hoped for: a relaxing retreat among the trees. I wish we lived closer because I’d be back every year.

Always such a joy to stay at Lake Wapanacki! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings with trails, lake views and lots of nature! And really close to local town Hardwick (with just right amount of restaurants and an awesome co-op) and other favorites like Hill Farmstead Brewery. I think we’re into our 5th year and love it!

Merle was/is an excellent host. Great communication throughout our stay. Definitely won’t be the last time we go there. Beautiful scenery and wonderful landscapes. We requested some wood for fire pit and there was a small pile waiting for us when we arrived. Super host and we would highly recommend to others. Jeff & Jen

An absolutely beautiful place. Selené is a wonderful host, gave perfect clear instructions for finding the driveway and everything else. A fantastic place to getaway for s few days.

Darren is a great host, and this is a great place! He had plenty of great recommendations in the area, so we always had something to do. The lake itself is super pretty and very tranquil. Would highly recommend!
