Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

For a stopover, a break, make yourself comfortable in this unique and tranquil place. Consisting of a bedroom with office and sitting area, a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. Private toilet and shower room. Possibility of access to the pool in summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability. (bread, 1 pastry per person, a hot drink, a fruit juice, homemade jam) €9 per person.

This independent accommodation with its private garden is attached to our old house in the heart of beautiful countryside. Refurbished in July 2021, it is perfect for 2 people, (new and modular bedding). 10 min from Nérac, a pretty historic town, 30 min from Agen and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux or Toulouse.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

Studio of 32 m2 with large terrace, it is located within the beautiful village of Vianne, quiet and close to shops. Free parking is available in front of the studio (1 min walk). From the bedroom you will have a view of the Baïse River and the barges, and from the terrace a view of the garden. Access to the studio is through a door at the back of our garden (key safe). Sheets, bath towels and linen provided 🙂 greenway nearby.

Enjoy a stylish home renovated at the end of March 2023. This accommodation is conveniently located close to the city center between the Pont-Vieux and the Saint-Nicolas Church. Free parking is nearby. The bedding is new and high-quality. The sofa has a real bed that can sleep 2 adults comfortably. Discover the Château d'Henri IV, the Parc de la Garenne located 20 minutes from Aqualand, Walligator and 30 minutes from Agen.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.

The King's Dovecote

Authentic 19th century dovecote completely renovated, kitchenette equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.
