Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Çalış Beach

We were very satisfied with our 4 night stay with 5 people. Mr. Metehan was a host who thought of everything down to the last detail. She was helpful even with our smallest need. The interior and garden part of the house were very tidy and quite clean. Every room was just like the photos, there was no difference. We definitely plan to stay here for our next trips. Mr. Cihan was interested and devoted to the exit from his entrance, he responded quickly when we needed it, we were able to communicate very comfortably with him. There was everything that could be needed in the house, we stayed with 10 people, he can meet all the needs of 10 people. We had a pleasant time. Thank you to him and his team.

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

One if the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Baris was really friendly, but not intrusive, with excellent english. The house and pool were spotless, and we loved the "gazebo" on the top floor.

We stayed 4 nights in a stone villa. As someone who has spent many holidays in villas, it is in the first place for us. Although we went early, a lady greeted us, she was Mr. Sinan's sister, she said the house was ready, we were very happy, we had a long way to go and we had a baby, it felt very happy not to have to wait for the house. She asked if we would like to have coffee, if we had any questions, she even told us the things I forgot to ask, she gave us information about the beaches we would go to or for food, she told us everything. As soon as I saw the house, I was fascinated, it was much more beautiful than the photos. You will fall in love with this beautiful house. All the details are so well thought out. Kitchenware is clean and everything is thought out. You can stay for a long time as if you were at home, because believe me, everything is there, as if there is an active life, as if a woman's hand touched it. There are enough towels. The garden, the water, the location, everything is very nice. We will choose it again because we couldn't get enough. They thought of everything for our baby. We thank Mr. Sinan for offering us such a beauty. I wish I could write more :)

Wonderful place surrounded by nature Perfect spot for who want a piece of tranquility and privacy immerse in the beautiful nature. The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

They also bought the other apartments in the building where I stayed before and started to provide services with 4 apartments. We were thinking of renting a villa, but we rented this apartment at a cost less than half the price and it was almost as comfortable as a villa. It deserved our money to the fullest. It is cheaper than the apartments in the large site consisting of 20-30 apartments, much more well-maintained and peaceful. We would like to thank Ms. Necla's son Özgür very much, he responded to our messages very quickly and made suggestions for activities we could do in the region, the location is excellent.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

the house has a magnificent view, especially the time from the evening until the sunset is very enjoyable. It is good in terms of location, it is a little quieter than the mobility of the center, but it is close to everywhere.

Very good location, host responded quickly to messages and also gave recommendations for the area and answered questions. You were in the center in 10 minutes and could reach everything easily (restaurants, sea). House was clean, pool very beneficial especially for the children. We were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely come back.

The location of the house is right next to the greenhouse. We found the address easily. We had no problems settling in the house. It was exactly as described in the advertisement and shown in the photographs. We were satisfied with the house. It was very useful to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house and rooms are spacious. There are two toilets. It made us very comfortable. In the kitchen, there were all kinds of plates, bowls, glasses, breakfast sets, etc. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. As a small piece of advice, you may need another air conditioner because the house is large. There are two air conditioners. When we close all the windows, it cools the house in hours, but when it is a little hot outside or when you cook in the kitchen, the air cooled by the air conditioner can get hot. Other than that, I have no suggestions or recommendations. I recommend it to everyone.
