Tinton's House by Shaman

Tinton is a nickname, nickname for my brother-in-law's grandfather. The shaman is the name of our boutique, which is our first and greatest business in commercial life. The restoration / renovation of the home ended in October 2022, and was very attentive and stylishly furnished. A combination of 2 apartments, which are also used independently at a central point. You can't get into the street by car. There is an 80-step staircase to the house. It's not suitable for those with walking difficulties. The fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.

Villa Cartier

Our villa is in the most elite neighborhood of Fethiye and is located in a very convenient location to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas and is very close to pharmacies,hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suites, has a hammam, sauna and both rooms have a double hot tub. For monthly rentals, water,electricity, internet and weekly cleaning belong to the renter. The security deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions from November 1st to April 30th.

3 rooms 2 living rooms A decent environment for up to 6 people in a magnificent location. Enjoy a simple and comfortable stay in this quiet place located in the city center of Fethiye. The pool and garden are only for the shared use of two villas.. 2 bathrooms 2 toilets 2 storey max 6-person within a 5-minute walk to Calis beach supermarket right next to the beach 3min walk to the cordon 10 min walk to restaurants,bars,fruit and vegetable market. We cannot only accept guests with a male group.

Right behind the AKA House is our 200 years old fruit garden with more than 10 kinds of fruit trees. our villa is in the center of Fethiye. Our villa is not visible from the outside. It is decorated. There are no neighbors to see you. You can enjoy the pool and the sun. You can have a quiet and peaceful holiday in the city. our garden is large and green. There are olive trees nearby. it is in a perfect location. The taxi van is very close. You can walk to the beach band. our house has a very nice mountain view. items are new and clean.

30 seconds from the beach with beautiful garden

A Well furnitured house with a beautiful garden that is less than 30 sec walk to the Çalış beach where is famous for sunset. You can have time at Çalış beach, reach home in a minute to rest in a beautiful garden. There are nice cafes and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The buses, taxi office and water taxi to Fethiye are very close to home that you can travel very easily! There is also a free car park opposite the house.

There are Migros , hospital , grocery store, gas station , café , oven and pastry shop in the vicinity of Dolmuş and Minibuses within 5 minutes walking distance to Fethiye coastline. It is zero and has never been used. The apartment has air conditioning , microwave, iron , blower, ironing board , TV , vacuum cleaner and all kinds of equipment. It will be enough if you just take your private belongings and come back.
