The bungalow with a 70s decor is located on the edge of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80) and the living room a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The flowering tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The car park is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot there are luggage carts to carry your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good bike and hiking area. The Schoorl dunes are 10 kilometers to the South and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the North. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog lies the special Swan water with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 pm. In Sint Maartenszee there is a laundromat if necessary. Every Monday morning there is a cozy trunk market in the parking lot at De Goudvis playground. In the summer months, there is always a trunk market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

SYL offers everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The apartment can accommodate four people (plus baby) and is equipped with every comfort. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six nice chairs. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view over the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible with regard to (noise) nuisance, but we do work to take care of our horses. We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600m from coastline. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blockarts and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you can find beautiful walking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.
