Avec vue vue imprenable sur les canaux , vous profitez du soleil dès le matin sur la terrasse puis aurez la possibilité d'aller vous promener et d'accéder à la plage qui est à moins de 10mins (800 mètres) à pied seulement de l'appartement. Une place de parking privative vous permettra d'être garé en face du studio.

Located outside the small village of Callas where you will find several restaurants, a bakery, an olive oil mill... we are located 5 minutes from the Gorges de Pennafort, 35 minutes from the seaside (Fréjus or Sainte-Maxime), 50 minutes from Saint-Tropez and 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon or 20 minutes from the villages of the Pays de Fayence. Come and relax in this refurbished studio. On the terrace, in the spa or by the pool, let yourself be lulled by the song of cicadas.

Our villa is located just outside the village of "Les Adrets de l'Esterel" on top of a hill in a private domain. We have magnificent views of the sea and mountains from our terrace and it overlooks the bay of Cannes where you can see the "Îles de Lerins". You will stay in our recently renovated apartment located on the garden level of our villa with your own private access and terrace. Stairs lead directly to the pool above. The pool is shared with us.
