Welcome to this beautiful 65 m2 apartment, located in a quiet and green environment. It has been fully renovated and carefully decorated in a unique cozy industrial style! Located on the second floor of a house with a lot of character dating back to 1973, you will enjoy the completely independent access with parking as well as the outdoor space. The independent entrance is on the first floor via a staircase, so we do not recommend this property for people with limited mobility.

Duplex, the bedroom with a double bed to the south overlooks an unobstructed view with pool and hills of the Pays de Fayence. In the living room, the sofa is convertible (comfortable for one person but small for two). Family present in the rest of the house with 2 children, 2 cats and 1 dog. Parking is available in the garden. Not accessible for people with disabilities.

I stayed in this charming house for a week and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The home is bright, impeccably clean, and perfectly well equipped, there was even a beach bag with beach towels in case we wanted to go for a swim in the sea. The house is located within the village walls, in a very quiet and peaceful area, and offers a beautiful view. Maude was absolutely lovely, kind, thoughtful, and always available to help with anything. She made sure everything was perfect and that nothing was missing. I highly recommend this place 100%!

As a family of four including teen/tween, this was perfect. Magnificent quirky house with ample amenities. Sunshine or shady areas. We LOVED the pool- good size to rack up some mini lengths. (Just to note- water depth could be an issue for little ones or non swimmers ) House is amazing. Beautifully curated- so much to admire. Lake St. Cassien was such a surprising treat. Loved the pedalos and lake swimming. Located close to supermarkets. It would be easy to stay very local as all you need is in the house. Local area is charming. Hosts were welcoming and on hand. Best holiday experience we have had. Highly recommend. The house lives up to (and beyond) the photos. Also, On arrival, We were greeted with local rose which was welcomed! We had a wonderful holiday at Patrick's, a very nice man, sociable listening.. The accommodation was perfect not too big not too small very convenient with everything you need in it, top bedding, perfect pool, beautiful villages around, it's nice to live at Patrick's. I highly recommend to all those who like calm nature to go for a tour in Callian.
