There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom, living room, and kitchen space on the 1st floor. Overall, it's clean and comfortable. It's quiet because it's a residential area nearby. It's a little unfortunate that there's no swimming pool.

It's a beautiful accommodation as shown in the photos. Very quiet and safe for privacy. The host is very friendly and quick to take action.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful hosts who did everything to accommodate our needs. The karaoke room is an absolute blast and the elevator made it very easy to travel between the floors. The true highlight was the responsiveness and service we received.

If you just check the shower part again, the facility management is clean and good. The water pressure was weak, so I couldn't take a shower with warm water.

We rested at the villa in March, there were 10 of us and at our request no outsiders were accommodated except us, although there were free rooms. When we met, we were treated to fruits and periodically put them at the reception. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed and water was brought. Hygiene products were provided in the bathroom, there were always additional shampoos and shower gels at the reception. If we had any problems, they were eliminated very quickly, or offered to move to another room. To our requests to buy washing powder or coals for the barbecue, we were provided with everything quickly and free of charge. It would be great if the hotel had clothes dryers, because the washed things had to be hung on all the doors and chairs. The villa was always kept clean, the pool was cleaned every day. The location of the villa is convenient, near shops, cafes, massage parlors, the beach. The owners of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. Great!

Everything in the accommodation is new. The bed is a little stiff, but it's not a problem. Soundproofing is good and water pressure is good. The rooftop pool view was the best, and I was able to see the fireworks from the rooftop. There are many restaurants around and the promenade is right in front. The host is friendly and communicates well.

The Tran Thi Ly bridge view apartment I just rented for 1 night, the experience is quite satisfied. Beautiful view, especially in the evening overlooking the bridge is very chill. Suitable for a short getaway or a weekend change.

Great stay! The room is very bright, from the balcony you have a beautiful view with trees and waterfromt, everything is very clean, internet and air conditioning work great, there is a kitchen but i didn't use it as my stay was short and there are a laundry machine and clothes dryer. The location is good, you have restaurants and a winmart close by, i think also some of the attractions are not too far away, especially some famous beach. The hosts are great, very friendly, always happy to help and replying very quickly. Definitely a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you'll have a great time here!

Nice, modern apartment. Clean and private. On the high floor, it is very open, the large balcony can sit chill. Full of utilities from kitchenware to washing machine so it feels like home. The host also offers more food and drinks for the kids. Close to Dragon Bridge and Han river bank so it is convenient to walk. Deserves 5 stars. I'll come back next time

Such a wonderful experience – the host was beyond cute! I am really satisfied to stay in this apartment. Not only because the space is clean, fully furnished, but especially because the host is too friendly and attentive. Right from the moment she booked, she messaged very detailed instructions. When I arrived, I was extremely well received – there was spring water, a guide to the surrounding area, and even shared some delicious places that locals visit! Throughout your stay, the host is always in contact gently, asking if I need anything more, but not disturbing. A very pleasant balance. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and the “homey homey” feel. This is not just a stay — it's a friendly and loving experience. The apartment is perfectly located between the beach and the river, that are both at walkable distance. The surroundings are peaceful but full of things, including restaurants, gyms, sport facilities, coffee places. The pool of the condo is lovely. The apartment has a great view, it is modern, well furnished and full of light. I can't think of anything negative, I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. We liked how it wasn’t in the centre of town, a bit more private and peaceful, but only a short ride into the old town. The place is very clean, aircon works great, pool is lovely, and outdoor area is lovely and tranquil. One thing to note, there is no Ethernet cable in the rooms as mentioned in the description, however the wifi is fine. I do online work, and although I needed to sit near the door, it was completely manageable. Also, the kitchen is not quite as described, it is only a small outdoor shed. Completely fine and usable. There is also a water filter nearby. The hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly. They were there to help whenever we needed it, they are very kind people. We would absolutely stay there again, the price is great. Would highly recommend!
