Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cẩm Lệ District

Tais apartment building and staff members are amazing. this is like of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in and by far the best Airbnb in Asia / SEA. everything is so clean and new, the bed is really comfortable which is really important for my back problems, and the area is nice and quiet but with heaps of things around (restaurants , cafes , massage etc). about 5 minute walk to the beach. Tai and the people who work at the front counter was really helpful, friendly and responsive as well. thanks guys!

I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. Thank you.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

Great stay! The room is very bright, from the balcony you have a beautiful view with trees and waterfromt, everything is very clean, internet and air conditioning work great, there is a kitchen but i didn't use it as my stay was short and there are a laundry machine and clothes dryer. The location is good, you have restaurants and a winmart close by, i think also some of the attractions are not too far away, especially some famous beach. The hosts are great, very friendly, always happy to help and replying very quickly. Definitely a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you'll have a great time here!

It has been a great stay

Phươc and company were very welcoming people. The stay was comfortable and they proactively checked for my needs. The stay is at a walkable distance from the beach with lot of cafés and massage parlours around. Apart from the good local Vietnamese recommendations by Phươc there are also good Indian, Amercian, Turkish and Japanese restaurants nearby which offers variety.

The interior and the overall color and tone are luxurious. The beach view makes you feel like you're at a resort. And the host is friendly.

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

The house is clean and very roomy, just like the photos. It has a washer and dryer which was so convenient. The house is near many attractions such as the dragon bridge, night market, the beach and many more. Rain even let us have a late check out while we waited to go to the airport. We would definitely stay at Rain's place again.

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

My family booked last minute but everything was still well prepared, the house was clean and airy. The house is in simple, tidy style, with backyard and terrace; there is a 1st floor bedroom suitable for my parents. The location of the house is also close to the sea and Tay An Thuong street, Bac My An market so it is very convenient for eating and bathing.

Stayed 3 Days, 2 Nights.. Location was absolutely great ! Central & convenient to many local restaurants.. Easy Walk to the popular beaches of Da Nang... Also the Rooms is very clean and daily housekeeping . The host, Tram is very friendly too. I highly recommend this AirBNB Stay to everyone looking for affordable & good accommodation. Binh and Memee were the perfect hosts they gave us recommendations for all sorts of restaurants, and we’re always happy to help with any questions we had.

It's a little out of town, but it's in an area with easy access to Hoi An and easy to get around by car. The riverfront is close, so it's good to take a walk at night.

Nice place to stay in da nang

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

Amazing location right across from the beach which is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Lively area with many places to eat and drink. The wifi was great, amazing ac unit, and comfortable bed. Very safe building. Nice massage area and pool on the top floor. One of the best airbnbs in da nang

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

What I love about this place that it feel living at home. I love the open space and the view was very memorable.. Tran is a fantastic host and she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Her tip and advice is top notch! You don't need to book anywhere else as this place is the full package.
