There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom, living room, and kitchen space on the 1st floor. Overall, it's clean and comfortable. It's quiet because it's a residential area nearby. It's a little unfortunate that there's no swimming pool.

The place is cozy, comfortable, spacious. The owner is responsive in all our queries. Commendable place for those who want to stay for longer days of vacation. Superb place. Feels like our home.

The accommodation was the same as the photos. The grass was clean, so I had a lot of fun playing. The location is far from the city, but Rather, I liked it more because the neighborhood was quiet. ^^ It was nice that the person who brought me a new towel every day was so kind. Even if I go to Da Nang again, I want to visit again. I only have happy memories. Oh, and the drinks in the fridge. The price of alcohol is also reasonable, so it's easy to use ^^

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

Staying at Canaan Villa with family was a great experience! House is clean, neat and spacious - as advertised. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, went above and beyond to recommend restaurants, help us book attractions and transport at reasonable prices. Gave us the local recommendations which are away from the tourist spots, and loved them! Would recommend this listing to everyone!

Everything is very convenient. The location is perfect. There is everything you may need nearby ( shops, restaurants, sea, entertainment, spa) Despite the location in the very center, the house is in a quiet alley and you can sleep very well. excellent air conditioners, good water pressure. nice terrace inside the house. the house has everything you need. Our group had a great stay at this property. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores and coffee shops nearby. Beach was about a 10 minutes stroll away. Sean was a great host, responds quickly to any of my inquiries/requests.

We had a great time at Mai’s villa. Her and her staff were very responsive and helpful. The house is charming and located in a convenient part of Da Nang with lots of shops, restaurants and the beach nearby. We especially enjoyed the pool!

The stay was pleasant with described amenities and all tourist places are nearby . supermarkets are nearby gave comfort for home stay kind Overall it's good experience for family .

I went on a trip with 7 friends, but there were 7 rooms and two rooms with two beds, so I rested very comfortably, and the most worried communication was so comfortable, and it was a trip that I felt sorry for the person who worked because they cleaned well without having to talk to them. The staff is so friendly. Strongly recommended

This was a nice space and looks pretty close to the listed photos. The location is very close to everything—restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. That also means it can be a bit noisy, and there was a lot of construction in the area when I was there. The room needed a little extra cleaning when I arrived, but it was taken care of as soon as I brought it up. Carol is very fast to respond. There is not an actual balcony directly attached to the room, but you have roof access.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was very clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The apartment is in a central location, just a few minutes’ walk to My Khe beach.

We stayed at Dung's place for 3 days and we really loved our stay. The place was very nice and spacious. Yenvy is such a helpful and hardworking person, she helped us in everything we asked her for. She even helped us in renting a scooty which came to a graeat help for us. Overall chosing this stay made our trip in Da Nang even more memorable.

Lovely place to stay with an amazing view ! The view is surprisingly better than what is advertised in the photos. Clean place, AC’s work really well and the hot water lasted long enough for 2 of us to have showers back to back Perfect location. Walking distance from the beach and surrounded by awesome restaurants and also 2 massage parlours and a milk bar on the ground floor made getting what we needed to feel comfortable at our home away from home such a breeze… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing room ! We feel free in here, it's easy to find, checkin, Parking motorbike. You can go to rooftop to chill and use washing and dryer machine - it's highlight when you travel long time. This place also close to beach, a lot of restaurant, pub. It was my luck to find a good Airbnb to stay in Danang city - there're too many hotels ( good room, but not like home ! )
