Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Cẩm Lệ District

This was a nice space and looks pretty close to the listed photos. The location is very close to everything—restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. That also means it can be a bit noisy, and there was a lot of construction in the area when I was there. The room needed a little extra cleaning when I arrived, but it was taken care of as soon as I brought it up. Carol is very fast to respond. There is not an actual balcony directly attached to the room, but you have roof access.

Our stay here was brief but very comfortable. Dong greeted us at the reception when we arrived and was kind enough to keep the room ready before the check-in time to accommodate for our arrival. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It’s also located very close to the airport, the dragon bridge, a lot of amazing restaurants and cafes, and the Son Tra night market.

I had a great stay at Anh Thi's place! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable long stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. P.S. The view from the balcony overlooking the city was a highlight!

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in Táus Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Besonders die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, vielen Restaurants und Kaffees hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Táu ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, bei der man merkt, dass sie jederzeit sicherstellen möchte, dass sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

숙소는 사진이랑 동일했습니다. 풀장도 깨끗해서 너무 재미있게 잘놀았아요 위치는 시내랑은 떨어져있지만 오히려 동네가 조용해서 더 마음에 들었습니다^^ 매일 새 수건 가져다주시는 분도 너무 친절하셔서 좋았습니다 다시 다낭을 가게 되어도 또 방문하고 싶습니다 행복한 기억만 가지고 갑니다. 아 그리고 냉장고 안에 있는 음료나 술도 가격이 적당해서 이용 하시기 편합니다^^

We had a great stay at the lovely GoMi's House. The space is beautiful, and the touches are nicely curated. Quyên was beyond helpful and responsive from my first reach out until check out, giving us tips on where to eat, exchange money, and refilling some amenities. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during our stay! One thing for future guests to note is that there are many tall flights of stairs in the House. We had a toddler who we very carefully accompanied on the stairs. She definitely got a lot of stair practice in!

가격대비 무척 크고 예쁜 방이에요. 호스트가 친절하고 바로 앞에 맛있는 카페가 붙어있어요. 조식으로 매일 다른 베트남 가정식을 만들어주었는데 너무 맛있었어요. 다만, 근처에 클럽이 있어서 밤에 소리가 좀 들려요. 방 안에서 음악을 틀면 안 들리는 정도입니다.

步行大概五分钟就能到达海滩，周围有便利店和餐厅等，十分方便。房东很热情，回应迅速，房间和照片一样，整洁干净，我们度过了很开心的一段时光。

즐거운 휴가를 보낼 수 있었으며, 만족스러운 숙소 였습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

I absolutely loved my time at Airbnb. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, even offering the convenience of early check-in and late checkout, which made my stay all the more pleasant. The accommodation itself is nothing short of stunning. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the place offers a beautiful and stunning view that truly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable experience. The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

I really really love the place!! easy to find and near to the beach and any other restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Very recommended to stay here for long time.

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

Mia met us in the lobby and escorted us to the apartment. She was so super sweet. She made us feel welcomed and ensured her availability if we had any questions/concerns. The place was bright, airy, and clean. The location is extremely walkable with the beach entrance on the B side of the lobby. The two downsides I saw was having one portable burner (if you’re into cooking) and a small gap at the bottom of the back door creating easy accessibility for critters. Other than that, no problems. 5-stars!!⭐️

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

거실이랑 마스터 베드룸 뷰가 너무 좋았고 아파트 1층에 마트와 식당 까페가 많아서 너무 편리했습니다. 옥상에서 불꽃축제도 볼수있었어요. 다음에도 오고싶어요. 추천합니다~

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).
