Sit under the covered seating area and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and then relax by the firepit and enjoy the stars. The walking path and playground are both within walking distance and just a few minutes to the public dock and rental store for bikes, jet skis and boats. A perfectly located get away!

My Place

My Place is conveniently located off of Rt. 36, and centrally located 15 miles from Norton and Phillipsburg where you'll find Prairie Dog State Park and Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, a sportsmen's paradise. The beds have gel infused memory foam mattress toppers, LR has a 32" TV w/Amazon Prime, bathroom includes grooming essentials, kitchenette includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk, & sample baked goods. Free use of washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, phone, Wifi and USB charging station.

Comfy Cottage

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Nicely redone home with attention to detail. Spacious walk in glass block shower in the finished basement that also includes a separate home office area. Water softener, on demand water heater, hardwood floors, private fenced backyard with patio, Optional detached tandem garage with opener. Two main floor bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living room. Basement has 3rd bedroom and second bath along with the office.

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. The Hideaway at Mahaffie Bay is a 2 bedroom cabin with plenty of outdoor space for fun in the sun. This is a great place to relax on the deck, splash in the lake, take a paddle boat or kayak ride, and enjoy an evening around the fire pit. There is on-premise parking and a boat dock available too. Quick access to the boat ramp at Lakeshore Marina, the walking and bike trail, Nautical Rose....and of course the beautiful lake!

This secluded getaway has plenty of space to run, play, explore or just relax! Located on gravel roads, so four wheel drive vehicles may be necessary depending on weather conditions.

We service the working community for the railroad, hospital, ethanol plant and more.

Prairie Dog Lodge

This is a rural getaway location that has a beautiful view of the country side. It has a full kitchen that has all the amenities of home. The kitchen comes with plates, silverware, cups, cooking ware. Bathroom has a washer and dryer. Bathroom also comes with towels. BBQ Gill is available-Propane Dog Kennels are also available with water and food bowls
