We had a lovely stay! The place was incredibly spacious and very clean, with beautiful decor and thoughtful finishing touches that made it feel very homely. It was also surprisingly warm and cosy, which we really appreciated in the middle of winter. The best part was how peaceful and private it felt — a real retreat from the busyness of everyday life. We also loved that the hot tub was warm waiting for us! There was a great collection of board games, and the homemade bread was such a kind and delicious touch! Having Netflix already logged in was another bonus that made relaxing even easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway!

Amazing, breathtaking view. Best place for me and bridesmaids before went to my wedding at Don Rowland. The only downfall is that the dam was closed at the time, it would have been a 5 minute drive but had to go right around via motorway (20 min) but the house itself was well worth it! Had everything we needed and more!!! I would consider going again just for a normal weekend. The hosts were accommodating in every way, we had access to kayaks, best coffee machine, comfy couches and beds, clean showers, a nice bbq, beautiful flowers, awesome neighbours, parking for about 3 cars and extra blankets and towels. 10/10 from us!

wonderful host and a nice cozy house away from city chaos. Quite accessible to the main city . Hamilton Gardens nd lake is hardly 11mins drive from the house. Nice big tennis court.

Josie and Rob's place was beyond perfect for a Birthday weekend getaway of 6 adults. Every amenity you could think of, they had; the house was so comfortable in so many aspects. Not to mention the location, which was close enough to town and walkable to St Kilda cafes, but still in the peaceful countryside of Cambridge. Couldn't fault Josie and Rob too, their communication and helpfulness were unmatched. We are already dreaming of coming back.

I had read the great reviews for this place but it still exceeded my expectations. If available this will always be our first choice for accomodation in Te Awamutu. The location is right in the centre of town but still so private. The apartment itself is stunning, with quality furnishings, it was such a pleasure to stay here. It is very spacious but cosy, the bedrooms are beautiful with quality linen. The living area is fabulous too. If you book here, you will be so glad you did!

I stayed at Glori’s place for a couple of nights on work trip. The place is great, good location and Glori offered some great tips on places to eat etc, she even leant me an umbrella which was kind of her. Would recommend!

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

The host Carla was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay there. Instructions provided with straightforward and easy to follow. We really loved how quiet the place was and even though we didn’t quite get to meet the lovely Marvin, his presence was felt. The place was very clean and tidy and provided perfectly just what we needed. A very warm and welcoming feeling entering the house. Would highly recommend Carla’s place whether it be short or long-term stays. We would be more than happy to stay there again. Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.

Great place very close to restaurants and places of interest in Hamilton. Modern townhouse that’s clean and a very accomodating host.

Richard was an excellent host. The instructions for the home were clear and uncomplicated. The home itself was clean and I have nothing to complain about. I enjoyed some oranges and lemon off the tree at the back. It was a great stay and my only regret is I did not have time to read any of the novels on the bookshelf.

Great place for a short stay. Has everything you need and is close to town and all the restaurants. Even has a small office for work trips. Internal access garage is a bonus although won't fit a large SUV. Great spot!
