Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

These cabins are in a very peaceful location, 5 minutes from moors marina and resturant, 15 min from Benton ky . These cabins are brand new , 1 bedroom queen bed , with fold out futon in living room for extra guests. you can relax in the cabin or sit out on the porch and enjoy peace and quiet while watching wildlife walk by. There is a small kitchen with coffee pot ,microwave, and sink, and a fridge for your beverages and food . There is plenty of free parking for your truck and boat .

This listing is for 1 floor of the home “Wilson's Landing". The main floor has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both have queen beds and a pull out couch in the living area. Renting one floor allows you to enjoy all the amenities with a smaller group for a cheaper price and maintains privacy, as we will only rent one floor at a time! There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
