The apartment is found in a very quiet residential complex, it is located on the 1st floor and has all the necessary amenities for a successful holiday! The kitchen is fully equipped, the mattresses are comfortable, there is centralized air conditioning throughout the house that works ok ! The terrace is large and has a lot of shade, and the bonus is the underground car parking. When I booked this apartment I chose for peace, for the nearby beaches, a short distance from Valencia 35 min. and I think I wasn't wrong at all. We had a very good time in Jose and Alba's apartment and for sure if we come back, we will make the same choice.

I spent two weeks or so in the property and enjoyed it greatly! The apartment is fully equipped and very beautifully designed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained! It is located in a very organized and well taken care of plantation with amazing view to the hills around! There is a largepool and a very nice sitting area around it. The owners Simon and his wife are very kind, attentive !and welcoming! I can warmly recommend staying in this property

This apartment is a real find! The place is spacious, full of modern comfort and exclusively private at the same time.The atmosphere of the beach holiday is clearly present, the terrace is perfectly suited for a pleasant family breakfast. The distance to the beach is short and the beach itself is great. Jorge is a really great host! He kindly went an extra mile to help us with the check-in, as well as on other occasions. We recommend this place highly, as it is uniquely convenient

Victoria’s apartment is 5 star! The apartment itself is beautiful, really well equipped with amazing outside space and a refreshing shared pool - which was very quiet during our stay. The beach is just across the road and there are good options for restaurants and cafes. The town is only a short drive away too. Would highly recommend Victoria’s apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave. My son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

The stay was perfect, the location spectacular, close to the center and close to the beach, as well as a great public parking in the vicinity, as for Alfonso only thanks since he helped us in everything we needed, if we return we will repeat without hesitation.

It was a long stay (23 days). Apartments in good condition, they match the photos and description. The area is very quiet. Pepe is very friendly and communicates very quickly if you need anything. We will definitely rent the apartments again.

It's a very quiet area, which was what my husband and I were looking for for 4 days. The apartment is great, clean, it didn't lack any detail and Juan Carlos was very kind! So everything was very good 👌

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

Spacious apartment, very well stocked with essentials (shopping mall only 5-min walk away), very convenient location near Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencas, and transit options. Really appreciated that Reyes, the host, came to greet in person and gave us a walk around of the apartment. Something rare on Airbnb these days... She also helped us book a taxi on our departure day. Muchas gracias!

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Everything is great. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Very new and well cared for with a large terrace. Silvia and Roberto are very attentive at all times and respond very quickly and pleasantly. Highly recommended.

We loved this accommodation! Pilar a spectacular host, always waiting. The apartment was spotless and with lots of details from the host, coffee, milk, water, chocolates… A beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable house. The urbanization also great, parking space, swimming pool, landscaped areas and tranquility. To all this add 5 min walking to the beach and next to restaurants, bars, shops and supemercados. Pilar also recommended a couple of places to eat and buy that came very well. A place to repeat without any question!!! Thank you Pilar!!!

Even better than we expected. Perfect location, very clean and very well equipped house. With a spectacular terrace, a quiet community pool on the same floor. We were also able to bring our pet. They gave us recommendations for places without asking. The person who greeted us was charming. It was perfect!
