"Perfect" is the only word that comes to mind for Anna's place. Such a serene location and perfect for a family. The view is just spectacular. We felt so at home and loved sitting out in the yard and by the pool. Anna provided us with a list of so many amazing things to do/see near and far. A must do is the pasta making with Vilma at the house-the most memorable and delicious meal from our trip! Can't wait to go back there to live more of the Tuscan life and enjoy the most beautiful view. Thank you, Anna, for hosting such a gem!

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

The communication before our arrival was very good, the hostess responded very quickly to messages and also proactively contacted us. We were very warmly welcomed and were even allowed to check in 1 hour earlier. We were shown everything in and around the house. The house and the garden + pool were very clean. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was important and also worked well. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The garden is beautifully large and well maintained. The large pool with the beautiful view also impressed us. The hosts, who live about 50m next door, took care of the pool every morning and checked if everything is okay there. The directions were also relatively easy. Approximately 30 minutes' drive to the house, there is a large Coop supermarket, where we were shopping. The sea is also only 30 minutes away by car. All in all, we were very satisfied and fully enjoyed our vacation as a group of 6 people!

Lovely house in a beautiful area. Pool was used a lot as the weather was hot. Andrea was very responsive and helped out with some great local suggestions. We had a very enjoyable time and had everything we needed. Slept so well, beds were super comfortable!

We enjoyed Maria's great house. We were kindly received by Maria and her family, where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious cake. We were with 6 adults. There's plenty of room. It's great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting with a lovely swimming pool among the olive trees and it is really equipped with all comforts. The charger for the electric car is also very nice. We picked up fresh bread every morning from the local baker in the village, 5 minutes away by car. Good base for the beautiful cities such as Lucca, Siena, Florence. The beach is also a great option. We felt very much at home. Maria and family, thank you for the wonderful time in your beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the tranquility and seclusion in the midst of idyllic nature was exactly as described. The house is lovingly and high-quality furnished, co-host Eva friendly, super accessible and top reliable. We were a little shocked by the very steep, winding and rough access road. Our stay was perfect all around! We immediately felt at home. The accommodation is not only convincing because of the great location and surroundings, it was also wonderfully furnished and nothing was missing. We would like to especially highlight Ranieri's warm hospitality. He was always available and helpful. We would come back.

This apartment was so beautiful and the views were even better. We had an amazing stay here as our base for exploring Tuscany - visiting the Val d’Orcia and the thermal baths were a highlight! Lucia and Marco met us on arrival and were extremely friendly and gave us plenty of advice and places to visit. There was an issue with the boiler but Lucia was straight on it and it was fixed by the time we were home for the day. Thank you so much!

Gianfra’s place was really nice, even better than the pictures! Really spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible. Less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Capoliveri and the same amount of time to the lovely Barabarca beach. Gianfra (and Giusuppe) was a really good host who met us at the house and showed us round and explained everything to us. He even booked us a couple of restaurants and gave us some really good recommendations during our stay! Thank you Gianfra and Giuseppe!

It is a beautiful house on a hill overlooking Tuscany and the sea. You feel as if you are alone in Tuscany because you have no direct neighbors. You have to drive on gravel roads to the house, but that did not bother us and it is worth it. Paola was a great host and always easy to reach. It was also a great stay for our two dogs.

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! It is a special experience when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly around the cottage. At night you can see fireflies in the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at the Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car. The pine forest on the beach of Cecina is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic equipment for the kitchen, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco! We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

Staying in this apartment was wonderful. My boyfriend and I spent two nights immersed in the Tuscan countryside in a small cozy apartment, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautiful, full of fruit trees and sweet cats that enrich the living room. We will soon return to visit Sheila in her lovely country house.

Exceptionally beautiful apartment furnished with a lot of love and taste in a beautiful, well-kept complex! The beautiful, well-kept pool is the icing on the cake that makes the complex perfect. We really enjoyed the four-course dinner under the stars, but there are also so many good restaurants in the area that you can't try them all. Chiara and Stefano are the perfect hosts, you can learn a lot of interesting things from them! They also attach great importance to sustainability, the facility is self-sufficient and only organic wines are produced in the associated winery.

Egizia’s home was the ideal place for our family’s Tuscan getaway. It had everything we needed. Egizia was an excellent host, great communicator, great recommendations. We would stay here again.
