Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ha risposto subito a tutti i nostri messaggi ed esaudito ogni richiesta. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al mare, ai mezzi pubblici e ai negozi. Tutto è stato comodo e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Isabella è stata gentile e reattiva a tutte le nostre domande assistendoci costantemente per tutto il nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento è molto carino e curato, si trova in prima linea sul lungomare a pochi passi da ristoranti, gelaterie, spiagge e diversi servizi. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione ottima per vacanze e viaggi d’affari.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

Perfect spot!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir Mädels haben uns rundum wohl & sicher gefühlt ❤️ Die Ferienwohnung entsprach unseren Traumvorstellungen, mit dem Meer vor der Nase … der Ausblick von unseren Terassen war unbeschreiblich schön. Perfekter Ein /- aus Check, mit hilfreichen Anweisungen per Foto (sogar), es konnten unkompliziert 2 Mädels noch nach Reisen, da sie es zum Beginn nicht geschafft hatten! Der Vermieter Andrea war immer sofort zu erreichen, wenn es etwas gab - was wir kurz besprechen wollten - war er sofort für uns persönlich zur Stelle! Wir Mädels sind zu 5 in den Urlaub gereist! Die Ferienwohnung wäre auch Perfekt & Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Herzlichen Dank 🫶🏻

Прекрасный отдых в Ладисполи! Мы провели незабываемый отдых в Ладисполи, и это место превзошло все наши ожидания! Квартира была идеально расположена — всего в нескольк. минутах ходьбы от пляжа и местных ресторанов. Очень уютная, чистая и полностью оборудованная для комфортного проживания. Хозяева были невероятно дружелюбны и отзывчивы, всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Ладисполи — это прекрасное место для отдыха, с его живописными улицами, прекрасными пляжами и уютной атмосферой. Мы наслаждались каждым моментом, будь то прогулки по городу или времяпрепровождение на пляже. Вечером можно было насладиться отличной итальянской кухней в местных ресторанах. Что особенно удобно — Ладисполи идеально расположено, если планируешь посетить Рим. Весьма легкий доступ к транспорту (поезда, автобусы), что делает его отличной базой для ежедневных поездок в столицу.Мы арендовали авто и легко добирались до Рима, наслаждаясь как городом, так и расслабляющим отдыхом! Очень рекомендуем!

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Eine besondere Unterkunft, nicht das Übliche. Du hast das Gefühl zu Gast in einem Museum zu sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert, der Geist der Architekten ist überall zu spüren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Romana hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, ein toller Service. Sie hat rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und die Rückfahrt nach Rom zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

Buongiorno! Sono stata con mia famiglia in appartamento di Roberto per una settimana, ho fatto tante vacanze in diversi posti, ma il suo appartamento è davvero molto bello: pulito, ordinato, attento in ogni dettaglio, cucina arredata con tutto, veramente una meraviglia! E dopo chi vuole fare mare, riposare senza cercare le spiagge, è davvero comodo, attraversi la strada e stai sulla spiaggia Lido Due, dove trovi le persone meravigliose pure la! Io sono rimasta soddisfatta, spero di ritornare presto! Grazie mille Roberto e complimenti per il tuo appartamento 🙏!

A big thank you to Stefano and the entire team at Hotel La Scaletta for making our stay truly unforgettable. Their kindness, warm welcome, helpful advice, and overall friendliness were exceptional. We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. The accommodation was outstanding—even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos, and absolutely spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like being provided with beach towels and the convenient partnership with the beach club right across the street, where we could purchase access directly at the front desk. A special mention to the fact that some of the staff spoke French, which made our stay even more comfortable. And a heartfelt thank you as well for organizing the airport transfer at such a very affordable price — it made everything so much easier. Thank you again for your care and attention!

Francesca's place was beautiful and spacious - perfect for a short stay with a friend. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as a bed and had its own privacy. Francesca's communication was prompt and friendly and she accommodated our needs as much as she could, which was lovely. We got to meet her and her boyfriend and they were both really nice. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us many great suggestions for restaurants as well as transport which made our stay so pleasant and easy. Fiumicino has lovely peaceful beaches within a few minutes of the apartment and several restaurants with reasonable prices just down the road. We had fresh fish on the beach! It's very convenient that there is a supermarket next door also. I would visit Fiumicino again and stay at Francesca's in a heartbeat! I was sorry to leave. Thank you Francesca!
