Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Toen er aankwamen bleek ergens water te zijn. Na app contact met Juan kwam er vrij snel iemand kijken en bleek het in het hele blok zo te zijn. Valk daarna kwam deze meneer terug met water en watermeloen. Wat we enorm hebben gewaardeerd. Het resort is rustig. Het zwembad netjes. Juan heeft bedjes die je mee kan nemen naar het zwembad. Handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Alles is netjes en erg prettig. Wij hebben volop genoten. top host

This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic host and property. Great communication before and during our stay. The property was perfectly described and we had a wonderful time. I would advise hiring cars for your stay especially if you have children. We hired cars and all pools are around 2km away so saved hassle with walking with children in hot weather. The beach is also a 10 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this host, we will be coming back.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, super sauber, in unberührter Natur. Perfekte Ausgangslage zum Wandern, Mountainbiken und Relaxen. Miguel und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und waren immer für uns erreichbar. Das Restaurant ist schön traditionell mit sehr leckeren Speisen. Wir kommen sicher sehr gerne wieder!

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

La casa es preciosa y muy bien acondicionada. No le falta un detalle. Por lo que la estancia Ali es muy agradable. Sin duda repetiría.

Très spacieux on a vraiment apprécié

Sabrina and Jose Luis were excellent hosts. We arrived in early after a long train journey and they facilitated us with an early check-in. The apartment is centrally located and is bigger than it looks in the photographs. While on a square with restaurants the bedrooms are at the back and is very peaceful at night. This is a nice place to stay for a relaxing few days in Cartagena and I highly recommend it.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben 7 wundervolle Nächte in dieser großartigen Unterkunft verbracht und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen – die Dachterrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Pool und auf der anderen Seite auf den See – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen! Der private Eingang zur Unterkunft sorgt für viel Privatsphäre, und das gesamte Resort ist sehr gepflegt und sicher – mit Schranke, Wachmann und sogar einem eigenen Zugang zum See. Für Familien ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

¡Carlos es un gran anfitrión! El piso está amueblado con mucho cariño y se ha pensado en todo. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. El centro de la ciudad está a poca distancia a pie y también se puede llegar al puerto rápidamente. ¡Nos gustaría mencionar especialmente que Carlos está siempre a mano con consejos y sugerencias! Volveríamos si viajamos a Cartagena de nuevo. Gracias Carlos

Jose is very nice, the house location is great, very close to the Roman theatre, many restaurants around . The house was decorated very comfortable, we enjoy our stay very much.

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Sin lugar a dudas, Denise y Barry son unos superanfitriones! Nos prepararon una cesta de bienvenida y el apartamento era ideal, todo limpio y ordenado, un balcón precioso que ilumina el salón, tanto el sofá como la cama eran comodisimas. El aparcamiento también es muy cómodo y en la propia puerta del edificio con techado. Lo que nunca había visto en otros Airbnb es la cantidad de detalles que DyB aportaron a su apartamento, en la cocina hay de todo aceite, sal, cafe, azúcar... incluso pastillas de lavavajillas y la lavadora, todo tipo de productos y utensilios, incluso en el baño habia una cestita con agua micelar, aloe vera, desodorante, discos desmaquillantes... Lo más alucinante fue ver que tb nos dieron sillas para la playa, nevera, una mesita, toallas, sombrillas... De verdad demuestran ser unos superanfitriones! Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa y estamos deseando volver a repetir aquí! 🥰✨️

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

La casa de Irene es tal cual las fotos, está ubicada en un lugar espectacular, cerca de calas naturales preciosas y también de playa accesible y con servicios. Irene se comunico con nosotros desde el principio y contesto a todas nuestras preguntas. Muy recomendable para una escapada relajante!!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment in Los Urrutias with all of the amenities we could need. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of free nearby parking and friendly neighbours. Right on the waterfront and close to the nearby bars, restaurants and small shops for groceries, but with quiet evenings for a peaceful sleep. Dave and Bryan were lovely hosts; very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly.
