Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Nuria was a wonderful host! She was flexible with our arrival time. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It was a highlight of our trip and Cartagena was charming. Very slow pace which helped us catch our breath. Would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from an amazing week at the penthouse. We loved the resort, it is peaceful and has a great feel about it. The grounds are well maintained. Jackie was an extremely responsive and helpful host. She was flexible with the check-in and check-out which was really useful with a young child. We had everything we needed and would definitely return!

Everything is very good, easy access and comfortable

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

200 meters from the Town Hall and perhaps 500 meters from the beach. With the option of a private garage within the same building. We had a 2nd floor without an elevator, but it's not bad to get some exercise, although people with reduced mobility should take this into account beforehand. Small bathroom but all new, all clean, good service, good location, ideal for families and to enjoy the many good places to eat and dine in the area. We were probably the first to stay in the apartment after the renovation, as it smelled like "new construction", but this was not annoying, rather a descriptive detail of the state in which it is. In my opinion, a success, including the attentions of the people who intervened in the process, a greeting.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Denise and Barry are definitely superhosts! They prepared a welcome basket for us and the apartment was ideal, everything clean and tidy, a beautiful balcony that illuminates the living room, both the sofa and the bed were very comfortable. The parking is also very comfortable and at the door of the building with roof. What I had never seen in other Airbnbs is the amount of details that DyB&B brought to their apartment, in the kitchen there is all kinds of oil, salt, coffee, sugar... even dishwasher tablets and the washing machine, all kinds of products and utensils, even in the bathroom there was a basket with micellar water, aloe vera, deodorant, makeup remover discs... The most amazing thing was to see that they also gave us chairs for the beach, a fridge, a table, towels, umbrellas... They really prove to be superhosts! Our stay was wonderful and we are looking forward to repeating it here! 🥰✨️

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!
