Mitten in Boschetto, einem denkmalgeschützten Weiler oberhalb von Cevio im Maggiatal liegt die Cà Lüina, ein historisches, geräumiges Rustico. Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer luxuriösen Küche, einem modernen Bad und einem tollen Garten.

Berghütte Arnau, Canton Tessin Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. The house is located a few minutes from the Formazza valley and from Alpe Devero. Its independent position with respect to the town, will allow you to find your space of peace and serenity at all times. The Terme di Premia are also just 1 km away. For climbing lovers, the famous crag of Cadarese is only 1km away and can be easily reached on foot. Most of the others famous walls of Ossola are just a few minutes away by car.

Our caravan is located 1200 meters above sea level with a fantastic view of the entire valley and surrounding mountains. The caravan is located on a private road used only by us. There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is located outside the caravan ca. 100 m away in a building. Piano di Campo can be reached by bus.

The patrician house Casa Casserini, built in 1852, has been carefully renovated inside and has new bright apartments. The 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor still has the historic wall and ceiling paintings. You have views of the mountain slopes of the valley.
