On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

Difficilmente troverete in Liguria un posto con una vista così. Questa casa è davvero "sul mare" infatti vi sembrerà di stare più su una barca che in una casa. È un ampio monolocale, terrazza con vista, accesso al mare privato e box auto. Vi sveglierete guardando il mare, farete colazione guardando il mare, prenderete il sole e vi addormenterete guardando il mare. E ogni sera vi godrete il tramonto, che da questa terrazza è unico. 5 days in a wonderful place at the very top of Moneglia. 3,5 km down in the morning, 3,5 km up in the evening. Good to keep your body in shape. Because all those focaccias, pastas, salami, farinatas, etc. etc. should be somehow compensated. We loved the location and the appartment. It has a peculiar charme of Italian 70s, with its vintage furniture and the spirit of good old times. Very, very clean, with all one can imagine for vacations. Fantastic view, we were excited. Olives, birds, wind. Another benefit is a restaurant with good local food directly near the house. Strongly recommended! To summarise: we will be back!

We spent one week at the end of April at six. Communication with Federico has always been great. Very responsive, friendly, welcoming and super flexible in terms of check-in and checkout times. Really no pressure and it's very much appreciated. What about the home, the landscape and the village...just an extraordinary break. Compliant, see even better than pictured! Plus, the weather was also better than expected! It's just extremely beautiful and peaceful. The house is high so you have to be in shape to walk up from the beach. With teenagers, it's feasible. In addition, we cross a nice path to go up. On the other hand, it's difficult if you have toddlers and stroller. The road is narrow and winding but a parking space is available near the house. In this season we had no difficulty parking downstairs, paying but reasonable rates. Aged 13-50, we all highly recommend!!

We had a great time, the apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for walking to the station or the beach and the town center. Federica was very kind, always available and very attentive to our needs. We will gladly come back and highly recommend it

What can I say? We sincerely thank Annalisa for her hospitality, responsiveness, availability and extreme kindness. The apartment is nice and functional, literally a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Moneglia (a very pleasant discovery!). The reserved parking is a significant plus. Annalisa was extremely kind to us, allowing us to spend a truly regenerating weekend. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!

The pride of the accommodation lies in the enchanting view it offers, unique as few in the area. The studio apartment has a kitchen in excellent condition and equipped with the necessary, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, comfortable sofa bed, TV with services. Very clean with a good level of general comfort. Please note, however, that the reserved parking space is located at the level of the SS Aurelia. The apartment, on the other hand, is subject to several tens of meters of height difference. It should be noted that there will be a good number of steps to tackle. The descent by car is possible, but the road, due to its size and winding nature, requires special attention and skill. Giancarlo is an affable, understanding, and helpful person, like few of the hosts I have met so far. It will make you feel at home and pampered. I'll definitely be back soon!

Our stay in Cinque Terre, Bracco at Stefano's place was great. Stefano and his family were very nice and welcoming. Check-in went without any problems, Stefano explained everything to us perfectly and guided us. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the view of the bay is unique. The place of accommodation is very convenient both for a trip to the Cinque Terre and for trips to the sea and swimming. We highly recommend the accommodation.
