Villa holiday rentals in Canal de l'Ourcq

We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

Jáde-kőként ragyogó tágas szálláshely privát kerttel, a nyugalom szigete, Párizs szívétől valóban 25 percre. Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

La maison est très mignonnes, très bien équipée et comme sur les photos. Julien était également très réactif et très gentil. Seul petit bémol les horaires d’arrivée et de départ ( arrivée 17h et depart à 10h) nous semblaient très juste… Sinon tout le reste était top!!

This was an amazing little place! It was the perfect place for our family of 5. Hosts were very friendly when we checked in and available for any questions we had. House very clean and felt like home, plenty of space and activity’s for kids to play. Definitely recommend for your trip.

Wir waren total begeistert von der Wohnung – besonders der Garten war ein absoluter Traum! Unsere Kinder hatten unglaublich viel Spaß, denn es wurde wirklich an sie gedacht: Es gab viele Spielsachen und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, sodass sie sich richtig wohlgefühlt haben. Der Anbieter war äußerst freundlich, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbarschaft war sehr nett und angenehm. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt gab es eine kleine Bäckerei, in der die Besitzerin uns mit großer Herzlichkeit begrüßte – und das süße Gebäck war einfach köstlich! Wir würden diese Unterkunft ohne zu zögern zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

peggy was a lovely host very responsive and friendly showed us around the place, was very relaxed about use of BBQ and associated expendables; table tennis table in the garden was a bonus!

Antoine is a very welcoming host and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had everything that was needed during our month long stay. Antoine's home is perfect and is located in the nicest town on the outskirts of Paris. Just a short walk into the quaint town of Croissy for wonderful shopping, and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at Antoine's lovely home!

Ben’s place is located in Enghein Les Bains, one of the most posh Paris suburb which can easily commute to Paris within 10 mins. The villa itself is 5 mins walk to the train station (Deuil-la-Barre) and everything including enghein city, supermarkets and restaurants. I am quite familiar with Paris and I always feel like booking something at Enghein Les bains, Villa itself is nice and spacious. we walked through roads full of flowers and roses. Ben is very friendly, flexible and responsive. I don’t have any hesitation to recommend it to anyone

Super maison avec beaucoup de chambres. Très pratique pour un groupe. Proche des commerces.

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

Cela a été un plaisir de passer weekend dans cette maison pleine de charme, grande et confortable pour un séjour entre amis. Le jardin est immense et très agréable. Les chambres, elles aussi très confortables. Cela dans un bout de campagne paisible.

Séjour parfait ! Le logement était propre, conforme à la description et très bien situé. L'hôte Armelle était réactif et accueillante, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Aude ! La maison est très spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir un groupe. Elle correspond en tout point à la description et aux photos — voire même bien mieux équipée que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Le quartier est calme, le jardin bien clôturé, idéal pour les enfants comme pour les chiens. Un grand merci à Aude pour sa communication fluide, polie et sa grande disponibilité!

Brilliant place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities house had to offer, brilliant for families. Very close to Disney. House was perfect!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour lors de notre cousinade. La maison était propre et fidèle au descriptif. La piscine chauffée est un vrai + et est très agréable. Le terrain de pétanque est très chouette aussi. Enfin Emmanuel a été très réactif lors de nos échanges et a répondu à nos diverses demandes. Nous garderons cette adresse dans nos favoris pour un prochain week end !

Für uns war es perfekt. Abends aus der Stadt raus und Ruhe haben! Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Very nice and clean accommodation in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood. The hosts were extremely responsive.

Lieu idéal pour partager d'excellents moments avec des amis. Tout a été fait avant notre arrivée pour que nous puissions facilement nous installer. Côté intérieur, la maison est spacieuse et très bien agencée. Coté extérieur, les enfants et leurs parents ont pu profiter du jardin (piscine, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence a toujours été très réactif avant notre arrivée et lors du séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend.

Le logement est bien situé ; très propre, très accessible avec toutes les commodités nécessaires! la salon privé avec sono nous a permis de fêter l'anniversaire de notre amitié et de passer un moment sublime Le jaccuzi est tout simplement!!! je recommande vivement la villa et blandine est tout simplement une personne merveilleuse mmmm de Paris !!! je reviendrai avec plaisir merci encore chère blandine

We were 6 friends visiting Paris with this lovely house as our starting point. The house exceeded all our expectations. The garden and the heated pool and the tastefully decorated house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. Emma and her husband were a wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully located, a train ride from Paris. We often took the train/metro to town and a van back to the house. It takes a good while, but trains are frequent and it’s easy to get a car to return. Definitely not the last time we stay here! Would be perfect for a large family as well.
