Our mission is to create modern boutique accommodation with as little environmental impact as possible. Much of the apartment, and its furniture, is made from wood sustainably sourced from our land and we use natural/chemical free building materials whenever possible. For other materials we always try to source locally and sustainably.

Bosque de Peón Rural House

A small house in the middle of nature with an outdoor Jacuzzi, with a mountain to disconnect, a garden for your barbecues or even enjoy our wood-burning oven, a beautiful living room with wooden ceilings. Warm up in front of the pellet fireplace. Beautiful forest views to admire nature. You will only hear birdsong and you can relax in a unique place very close to the city. The house is surrounded by organic fruit trees. 15 minutes from Gijon and 30 minutes from Oviedo.

Finca La Casería. THE HOUSE

La Casería is located just over 1 km from Cangas de Onís nestled in a 7-hectare estate, which will give you a situation of peace and total tranquility. At the same time, you have the center of Cangas de Onís a 2-minute drive away and a 15 or 20-minute walk. We are located in the vicinity of Covadonga and Picos de Europa National Park (15 minutes by car). And 30 minutes from the Cantabrian Sea where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and picturesque coastal villages.

Its «architects»: Virginia and Giovanni, who moved from Florence to create this space.Giovanni is a restorer of works of art, Virginia, artist and teacher. For this reason, whoever comes to PACA, will find a a house «ad art».
