Clean, easy to get to, good vibes, great location. Honestly would really recommend this place if you want a good central spot, neighbors are extremely noise sensitive though so keep that in mind.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment — it was the perfect home base for our time in Valencia. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how *spotlessly clean* and beautifully decorated it was. Every detail, from the tasteful artwork to the amazing lighting made the space feel both elegant and welcoming. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from cafes, shopping, and the metro. Javier clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and memorable experience. Everything was exactly as described and communication and recommendations were appreciated and excellent.

Perfect! The apartment is really great. Very clean, cozy, every little thing that you might need had been thought of in advance. Carlos was always ready to help, but we didn't find anything to ask him for, because the apartment was fully equipped for a month-long stay. Good thing is also that it is oriented to the north, so it is not that hot at daytime. A supermarket is just 1 minute away, and a nice park, too. To stay there and keep mobility you need a car. 15 minutes of drive to the beach. 30 minutes to the center of Valencia. Best-ever stay!

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

What a refreshing space; beautiful and modern designed. Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Beds were comfortable, showers had good pressure and hot water. Plenty of activities from karaoke bars, pubs, shopping and restaurants. Ana was very pleasant to communicate with she answered our questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the oasis she has created.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, no doubt. The apartment is simply spectacular: spacious, tastefully decorated, full of light and with all the comforts you can imagine. If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment. You can tell that he takes care of even the smallest detail to make you feel at home. We went with a little one and it was ideal: safe stairs, high chair, crib, bathtub, even diapers and wipes! The beds are very comfortable and the sofa... It's one of those places you don't want to leave. You've exceeded all the group's expectations! Thank you for such a perfect stay, Olga :)

The Design House was great, we had an amazing stay. Short walk from the beach and lots to do locally. Very near the bus stop to get you into Valanecia Central in about 30 mins. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a big wheeled shopping bag to take to the beach and beach umberellas (and shopping). Balls for the kids to throw about. It was just an easy breezy place with no drama. Thanks everyone - we had a blast!

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

Our flight was delayed by 45 mins. We communicated with host about this due to needing to meet someone to collect keys. She told us that there was a fee of €25 if we were arriving later than 10pm. We managed to arrive just before 10pm but were still charged the €25. Little disappointed with this but overall a great experience. Lovely apartment with good facilities and nice beds. Very clean and child friendly.

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice vacation, rent Veronica's apartment!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. The host was fantastic—very friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even gave us some great local tips that made our trip extra special.
