Recently renovated, it offers two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, both furnished with spacious closets and decorated in bright colors. The entrance opens onto a large living room with two sofas, a dining area with a breakfast corner, and a separate kitchen equipped with every comfort. The house has a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

Historic center studio 100 meters from the beach

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

One of the bedrooms is located in a separate building next to the main house, along with one of the bathrooms.
