It has a large living room: living room and open-plan kitchen organized around a large central dining island (8 people). All overlooking a patio equipped with a heated semi-in-ground pool (option) 3.5 m x 2.2 m and a dining area sheltered from the wind. Upstairs, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with memory foam bedding + bathroom with walk-in shower.

The roof terrace has a pool where you can swim while watching the Arles arena. On the ground floor, our office on the street can be used as an exhibition space or work area. The house has many old and unsafe stairs and is not suitable for young children. Welcome!
