Appartamento al 1 piano in residence, di fronte al porto turistico, a 100 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia bianca della Caletta e a 50 metri dal centro dove si trovano negozi bar e ristoranti. All’interno del Residence si trova: un RentalCars, un salone parrucchiera e un centro estetico, inoltre, il Residence è dotato di una piscina privata, normalmente aperta al pubblico dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre, con 2 sdraio per ogni appartamento.

Il nostro monolocale è situato su una piccola collina in campagna e dista circa 3 minuti in auto dalle spiagge più vicine e dai centri abitati di La Caletta e di Siniscola. Angolo cottura dotato di tutti gli utensili e ampia veranda con giardino. Ideale per una coppia anche con bambino. IMPORTANTE: la casa è raggiungibile solo in auto. Parcheggio riservato disponibile in giardino.
