A/C & Amazing Rooftop on the Port of NICE #Unique!

First, the photos. do not do this apartment justice as the balcony and views are beautiful and the apartment is spacious. The area is perfect with Old Nice and The Port in your backyard. Plenty of wonderful restaurants to enjoy in the area and close enough to the tram to get you to the train station to enjoy additional beaches and areas. Jonathan and Emma were super communicative. The only "trick" was getting in to the airbnb as you are required to "press" a button and then call a number to let you in - but once you get the hang of it, it works! Enjoy your stay at this place!

From my point of view, the apartment is a very rare find. Beautiful, cozy, well equipped, with French flare, wonderfully located, authentic, with breathtaking views of the Côte d’Azur. The host is very accommodating. We were very happy to be guests here

Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Our vacation may have been short, but it was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Such a lovely spot! Gorgeous views, splendid garden and pool, and the rooftop terrace is a great place to relax, enjoy cocktail hour, and watch the sun set. Walk to Coco Beach is about 15 minutes from the villa, and so worth it! Carrefours grocery store is very close which made daily shopping easy because there are no bars or restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Overall, a great place we would be very happy to make a return trip to.

The place was absolutely fantastic , everything we as described, very cozy and clean. The pool was definitely the best part but we also enjoyed the proximity to the beaches, old town Nice, and Villefranche. The place is brand new and we were the first to stay. There were some very minor issues just due to the nature of it being new, no one's fault. Sebastian was an amazing host! Quick to respond to questions and took care of everything, plus went above and beyond too make sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I hope to come back in the future.

Michelle and Julien’s place was spotless, newly renovated, and fully stocked for our stay. The views from the balcony are unmatched and the place has amazing access to nearby attractions, transit, and restaurants. We’d definitely stay again!
