Our quiet and conveniently located cottage will serve as an excellent pied-à-terre between the tourist centers of Shediac and Bouctouche. A stone's throw from the sea, the Borlicoco takes its name from the snails on the beach and the spiral staircase. Sunrises on Île de Cocagne are breathtaking, and you can watch boats sail while lounging on one of the two terraces. The cottage has a double bedroom and a comfortable futon, as well as a well-equipped kitchen.

This cottage is located on the Bay of Fundy and has an ocean view. It has beach access from the front of the property. Enjoy a long walk on the beach when the tide is out or explore the rocks.
