The gazebo is a great place to sip your morning coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to a tranquil beach and conveniently located near the beaches of Parlee (Shediac) and Aboiteau (Cap-Pelé).

Enjoy and relax in this stylish 2-story beach house consisting of 3 levels, located directly on Sandy Beach, with all the amenities including private seating from mulitple decks and a gazebo with a private access to the beach, a swimming paradise. Neighboring beaches also include Aboiteau Beach, Gagnon Beach and Parlee Beach provincial park in Shediac. Located only minutes from main attractions, including the Town of Shediac which holds many local events, attractions and restaurants.

We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Parking is free onsite L’Aboiteau beach offers a restaurant, A La Dune, and craft brew house, Cavok Brewing Company. The beach is calm, with soft sands and perfect for making family memories.
