1 acre lot directly on, arguably, the best beach in New Brunswick. You have your own direct private access. The house has high speed internet with a smart TV. On the main level you have a bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom as well as a second bedroom with Bunk Beds (Queen/Single). On the main level you also have a den which has a double sofa bed. On the upper level, you have the living area/kitchen/second bathroom with AMAZING ocean views. You also have a small room with a bunk bed

We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, complete kitchen setup and a bbq on front deck. Parking is free onsite L’Aboiteau beach offers a restaurant, A La Dune, and craft brew house, Cavok Brewing Company. The beach is calm, with soft sands and perfect for making family memories.

There is a private beach, so you can bring your kayak, paddleboard, or hunt for seaglass and seashells! The Dome sleeps 4 comfortably and you are welcome to pitch a tent infront for children or bring an extra airmatress for the dome for up to 6 people!
