Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Capaci

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part, but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only the blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very pleasant. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop five minutes away. Many thanks to Giada and her kind father.

Everything was perfect, wonderful apartment, very clean, quiet, sheltered and really equipped with everything (including air conditioners in the room that on the hottest days are a lifesaver). The outdoor area is also really nice. Within walking distance, there are ice cream parlors and places to eat that made our vacation even better. Very close to the center of Palermo by car and to the most beautiful beaches. Very kind, friendly and helpful host. We would make this choice a hundred times over by returning to Palermo!!!! The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Perfect place to live in the middle of Palermo! You can reach everything on foot and you are right in the middle of Palermo's life! Sven was quick to reach and super friendly! Perfect for a city stay!

We had a wonderful time at Salvatore’s home. We loved the location, it was close to all the major highways, and also very close to the water. Salvatore was easy to get a hold of, and very friendly when we communicated with him. He gave us great local recommendations, he was very welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. our entire stay. His home was the perfect place for us while we were in Sicily. It was exceptionally clean, spacious enough for 2 people, and have everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sicily.

Paola’s place was wonderful. We felt safe and secure within the building and the surrounding area. Centrally located to everything in the center of Palermo. The rooftop was simply amazing. We used it in the mornings, afternoon and evenings. The apartment is filled with natural light and views. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were of good quality and there was plenty of storage space. Piazza Belini had a lot to offer. 3 churches, the church bakery and music most nights. I highly recommend it. The best rooftop terrace in Palermo. Thank you Paola.

We had a really nice stay in Mondello. The apartment was nice and big and very clean. They were really friendly and explained everything very well.

This is a beautiful Airbnb, especially with young children. We travelled with our kids (aged 1 and 4), and Valeria had everything we needed. The terraces were so beautiful as well and a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine after the kids had gone to bed. And the location was fantastic, very easy to walk around and enjoy the city. Stay here!

Erika is a beautiful and loving hostess who asked us in between if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The place is very nice and stylishly decorated. The cottage as well as the bathroom is well maintained and very clean. You have a lot of space and can move freely outside in the garden, as well as cook comfortably. Nothing was missing in the accommodation and we were provided with a lot of food that we could use. I can recommend it to everyone, especially families, but also friends. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away and it is clean and the water is clear. We would come back here!!

It was truly a privilege to stay at Lucia's custom built flat. It has the perfect blend of rich history and morden amenities. The view from the rooftop patio was out of this world and the flat was so close to all the major sites and yet completely isolated from street noise for a good rest. If you are lucky enough to find her listing available, you need to book it now! We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful experience in Palermo!

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

I’m so glad we got the chance to stay here! It was perfect for our family of three. Loved the fresco and balcony. The location is great. I wished we were here for longer.

Matteo met us from our taxi and carried our cases upstairs. He explained how to work the appliances and gave us some good recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Also a bottle of fizz in the fridge! He checked up on us during our stay to make sure all was well and organised transport to the airport on our departure. First time using airbnb and could not have asked for a better experience, fantastic host who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the surroundings. The place itself was spotless and identical to the pictures I have not one complaint, highly recommend to both new and regular users of airbnb.

The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

We loved Fabio’s place. It was a great location within walking distance of most of the sights of Palermo. The accommodations were very clean and extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!
