From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

My accommodation is located in Capannaccia, Palau is close to beautiful beaches also equipped for surfing (Isola dei gabbiani, Porto Puddu, Costa Serena etc.), bar, tobacco, newsstand, restaurant. It's suitable for couples, adventurers. It has no barriers except for a small step at the entrance. The property overlooks a small public space adjacent to the Palau Santa Teresa state road about 6 km from Palau and 18 from Santa Teresa di Gallura. In Palau there is also the bau bau beach.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
