Monthly Rentals in Capitol Hill, Seattle

Claire was an amazing host!! Her list of restaurant and sightseeing recs was incredible! She made everything very easy for us. Great location too!!

I stayed in Sai’s place for about a month. It was better than I expected. And although it was a studio it never felt too small. It was decorated and arranged in a way that was cute yet functional. It had all the amenities we needed. It was in a prime location. It was pretty busy at night so the noise was expected and Sai was nice enough to leave some ear plugs for guests. It was relatively safe but like anywhere just be careful moving around after dark. Also, the rooftop was my favorite part. You could see Mount Rainier clearly when it’s less cloudy which was a treat. Overall, we enjoyed our time. Would have stayed longer if possible!

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed Jane’s condo! The apartment was very clean and welcoming with its decorations and amenities. It was the perfect size with a gorgeous West facing view that let in the afternoon sun while also being a perfect spot to see sunsets. The location is so easy and convenient, I never had issues with finding street parking and it’s a pleasant walk to the central part of Capitol Hill. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Seattle getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

Anne and David are kind people and great hosts. Great location. The place was just as it looks in the listing.
