Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Capitola

Very grateful for such a quiet and peaceful place to spend with family, GORGEOUS VIEWS! Very clean, one of the cleanest we have ever seen. You can tell how intentional and considerate the hosts are, as the home so very well kept and clean. Hope to stay again soon!

Sarah’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable and decorated well. The proximity to the ocean was an extra bonus and we enjoyed walking there each morning with coffee in hand. My 11 yr old niece LOVED the reading nook in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house was comfy especially the beds, kitchen well stocked for cooking and extra linens, towels, beach towels, and beach gear on hand. No A/C, but you get a cool ocean breeze all day long that keeps the noise to a comfortable temp. We have stayed at a handful of air bnb’s and this is our favorite. Wish we could have stayed longer. Kimberly is an amazing host, very organized and easy to reach and communicate. The house is spacious and airy, in a walking distance from the beach and Downtown. It is equipped with everything you might need and more. We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back again soon!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

My daughter and I were touring the UC Santa Cruz campus and Lisa's place was the perfect home base. We were close to the school but nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in the forest. Lisa was great throughout and showed warm hospitality from booking until we left. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—it was the perfect setting for our vacation with multiple families and young children. The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen that made group meals a breeze to thoughtful amenities that made traveling with little ones so much easier. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together, and the layout made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying ourselves. The home was clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

We enjoyed the beautiful location with an easy walk to the ocean and nearby nature bridges park. The home was clean, welcoming and comfortable and the bedroom layout worked great for our family. It includes nice amenities with the hot tub and fire pit outdoors. The host was very responsive and friendly!

We loved our weekend at Jamie's amazing apartment in Capitola! It was so easy to walk to the beach and we loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard with our little one. Perfect spot for our little family's getaway to the beach!

Lovely stay for a few weeks! Clean, fully stocked, and pictures look exactly like the unit. The complex was quiet with security staff at night/early morning. Kathleen was quick to respond as well! Would def stay again.

This was the perfect place for a long weekend and doing some business. Central to all the locations that you want to go in Santa Cruz!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

Nice hot tub and gas fireplace which we enjoyed every night! Our son is a surfer so we walked a couple blocks to the bluff to watch him. Great restaurants in the area and sites (surfing museum) to see. Abbot Square was a good venue to eat and enjoy music.

Tranquility Base…surely lived up to its name. So comfortable, so charming we felt like a part of the forest. The whole place had so much personality we felt right at home Magical and enchanting getaway Highly recommended We’ll be back

Our stay at Brookes home was great! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the space was beautiful outside even after the storm. We had a small hiccup trying to get the lock to work, but Brooke was super fast with her response & helped us get in quickly. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin in the Redwoods. What a beautiful location, of course the pictures do not do it justice. Literally nestled in the center of towering redwoods. The kids loved the swingset, art room, game room and of course exploring the yard for banana slugs. The cabin was much bigger than we expected, we definitely plan on returning in the future. Had such a wonderful stay at Whisky Hollow. It was so relaxing and cozy and I felt right at home! Decorated so wonderfully and so many charming touches that made it feel like such a treat. Would highly recommend!

We had THE BEST stay at Paige’s cabin in Felton. I can it say enough great things about Paige’s responsiveness and flexibility — from early check-in to allowing some friends to come over for a BBQ. Paige was so reasonable and accommodating, and super quick with her responses! The cabin itself was perfect for us. The proximity to Henry Cowell and downtown Felton couldn’t have been better. Surrounded by redwoods, with multiple outdoor seating options, this spot was exactly what we were looking for. We had fires in the wood burning stove in the chilly mornings and bonfires at night. The cabin is beautifully appointed, and the thoughtfulness and attention-to-detail was next level. We will be back! We’ve decided Paige’s cabin will be our place every time we’re in town. Thank you for such a great stay!
