Apartment holiday rentals in Capodimonte, Napoli

We very much enjoyed our stay in Maria & Alfonso's home ... the location/views of the water, numerous nearby restaurants, and vibe of being in the heart of the Chiaia area, plus their expansive apartment were all fabulous! They were very accommodating by allowing us to drop off our bags while the crew continued to clean before our check-in time (and the house was cleaned pristinely once we were in!), very responsive to any questions we had, and Alfonso was very helpful in coordinating our transport to NAP upon our departure!!!! We'd definitely look to stay with them at their home again!!!

Beautiful cool apartment that provides a peaceful haven amongst the midst of Naples. Location is just far enough away from the main tourist zone, I recommend Mater Winebar around the corner for chill evening wines and morning coffee, and Antica Cantina Sepe a 10 minute walk away for a great wine list. Luca was great, proactively arranging check in and check out.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Lina’s apartment which is a personal home, very charming and warm; we felt very welcome! The view is spectacular. Would love to be back!

We had a great week at Marias apartment. Maria and Giovanni met us after a very traffic congested taxi ride from the Airport. They kindly showed us the neighbourhood despite the language barrier. Apartment is a lovely quiet space The immediate street has everything you need, bakery next door with superb cakes at weekend and lovely savoury treats. Pizza restaurant next door 5 star The Park round the corner has incredible views down to the port and out to sea and is beautifully maintained. It takes about 25 mins to walk down the hill through the neighbourhood, however the walk is on a very steep and busy narrow street. There is a bus which will take you there, it should be borne in mind that the buses are a bit unreliable and very busy

Great location and space

The apartment is central and easy to find thanks to Anna's precise directions. She is also very attentive and ready to make the stay as pleasant as possible. As for the accommodation, it should be noted that it divides an apartment in two. It's not a problem for me, but this information could be important depending on the traveler's profile. In any case, I recommend it for a visit to Naples.

Marta and Ermin’s apartment is really beautiful, it’s quite architectural-really clever use of design and space and filled with many beautiful prints, ceramics and books. We loved it-it’s a huge space which worked really well for us and our teenage daughters. We will recommend it to friends, it’s a really special place.

Perfect location in vivid part of Naples. Close to beautiful 18th century urban palaces. Short walk to the underground. Many coffees and restaurants around. And a wonderful huge terrace with the city view. Definitely recommended!

We spent a week in Simona's beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. You have the most beautiful view of Vesuvius and can take a break on the balcony at any time with birds chirping. The greeting was very warm and she gave us great tips. Everything was very flexible and relaxed. In the neighborhood, there is everything you need, delicious pizza, sandwiches and it is nice and lively.

We loved this Airbnb and Gisella was so kind and helpful during our stay! We had a very short-lived stay in Naples and she helped us figure out a great itinerary to maximize our 1 day in the city and set up our taxi to the airport after check out so we didn't have to worry about it! She greeted us on arrival and gave us a ton of local recommendations as well. The airbnb itself was perfect! It was decorated super well and looked just like the pictures, was comfortable, and was in such a great location to walk around and explore Naples. We definitely plan on booking with her again when we return to Naples for a longer trip. 10/10 would recommend!

Very good stay in this modern and well-equipped apartment. Antonio was charming and responsive. Note: the apartment opposite is also an Airbnb and the walls between the two apartments are quite... thin. If you are a light sleeper, plan to wear earplugs.

We felt very comfortable, especially we enjoyed the peace upstairs on the beautiful terrace after the hustle and bustle from below, and gladly spent the evening there. We also liked the small kitchen for breakfast. If you arrive by Alibus from the airport, you should know that the way within the old town (felt actually everywhere we walked around) with suitcase is quite difficult. Due to the paving stones (very uneven), you can only pull it (not roll it alongside). With heavy luggage, over 30 degrees and many tourists, this can be very exhausting. We chose an Uber for the return trip. This cost us €16.00 more, but saved us an infinite amount of time and energy. Of course, this does not apply to Marcos apartment, but probably most accommodations and should only be a tip for planning.

great location to get around the city both on foot and with metro and funicular. Spectacular on the terrace with a view, surely in the future Alfonso will put a nice gazebo to be able to enjoy the beautiful kitchen on the terrace that becomes a little hot during the central hours of the day. We ate on the terrace in the evening enjoying the sunset over the sea and the light breeze. greetings

Michele was the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was responsive even early in the morning and extremely helpful. I had a scary turn to my trip due to getting sick and he helped when he didn’t have to. The place was spotless and perfect. The jacuzzi was extremely clean and you had everything you would need. It’s located in the heart of everything. The building looks rough on the outside but the apartment itself is newly renovated. WiFi was fast and the tvs and air system was perfect. I would definitely stay here again

I highly recommend Giampiero's accommodation! Very beautiful, very clean. The host is very responsive and gives you plenty of information to help you enjoy your stay in Naples! It's slightly far from the city center but the bus stop at the exit of the Airbnb so easy to access.
