Enjoy the convenience of a mini-market right in the building. Capestrano is in the beautiful Valle del Tirino in between the National parks of Gran Sasso and Majella. Sits above the lake of Capodacqua and the pristine Tirino river. Halfway in between the towns of L'Aquila and Pescara and only half an hour from Sulmona.

Calascio, Romantic Getaway in Abruzzo Mountains

Typical stone house, completely renovated and nestled in the beautiful medieval village of Calascio, just 2,5 Km from the dramatic Rock (Rocca Calascio) and just 5 Km from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Castel del Monte. The house consist of 2double bed rooms with view on the valley, a twin bedroom, a big livingroom, a full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Ci trovate nel centro storico del paese di Fontecchio (AQ) a solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale del paese. Fontecchio è un paesino di impiantomedievale, situato nel cuore del Parco del Sirente Velino. Questo tipico complesso di edifici antichi si trova nell’ angolo meridionale delle mura del paese, con una vista spettacolare sulla verdissima e silenziosa valle del fiume Aterno.

The pilgrim's house is conveniently located in the municipality of Caporciano. Conceived as an introspective environment to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is divided into two levels. The ground floor consists of a kitchenette with table, chairs, relaxation area and connects to an outdoor path. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area on the first floor, also connected with the outside, including 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and loft with double bed
