Enclosed 1000 m2 plot overlooking a forest path leading to a nature reserve. 80 m2 terrace (in merbau) surrounding the house with built-in barbecue. 20 m2 platform (in merbau) among the pines, overlooking holm oaks, mimosas and strawberry trees.

Cozy Studio Between the Vineyards

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!
