On a level, the surface area is 40m2. A large glass window opens directly to the terrace in the shade of the oaks (garden furniture and umbrella). The residence is fenced, the swimming pool open from June 15/September 15, children's playground, bowling alley, gym, BBQ, ping pong table.

The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
