Al primo piano due camere e un bagno con la vasca. Una stanza con letto francese, l'altra matrimoniale; hanno la vista sul lago: una un romantico balcone. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.
