The studio is very small and therefore cozy, which should be considered when booking. There is no bed but a sofa bed. To get more space, you have to fold it back up. The apartment is totally beautifully furnished and very clean. From the balcony you have a view of the sea, which we liked very much. A private parking space is also available, very convenient. The hosts were super accessible, helpful and very friendly, we are thrilled.

Aurélie's place is fabulous! A magnificent view, a spacious balcony/terrace, comfortable, ideally located, a very nice aquatic area! We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation was perfect for a stopover en route to Italy. A peaceful and beautiful location and Veronique was lovely and welcoming and it was no trouble to her that we arrived later than expected. Thanks

Eric was very attentive! The accommodation is small but perfect for a couple, the bed was more comfortable than it looks in the photos! In addition, you can do everything on foot and if you go by car like us you can leave it inside! Thank you for everything and we would return without hesitation.

The apartment was neat and clean. The view of the lake from the little balcony is espectacular. I recommend sitting on one of the benches in front of the parking lot so you can enjoy the views. The surroundings are very peaceful and the little village next to it is very charming.The convenience store nearby has everything you can need.Laurence was very nice and took the time to explain everything.

Spacious condo for my husband and myself, could easily accommodate more people. Tastefully decorated, nicely fitted closets and well equipped kitchen - new appliances. The balcony is large. As other guests have mentioned you do hear cars, but you are within walking distance of the main area without the noise of the bars, etc. Cross the road and dip your toes in the sea! It's a great spot to enjoy the sun

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

The villa was exactly like in the pictures – which is rare! Beautiful garden, refreshing and spotless pool, great location, and a lovely host. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed exploring Cotignac- beautiful location and locals extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the village and other villages close by. Parking difficult but we managed each night to find the last space. Followed some of Cameron's recommendations for activities which we thoroughly enjoyed. Hot water bottles provided for colder nights. A unique experience that we will treasure . We had everything we needed. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity and memorable stay. We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was perfect. We had a great time in this lovely home. Thanks to our hosts for the flexibility and hospitality. A great time with friends.

We loved Fabienne's villa- it's a lovely place with all of the amenities you need, an excellent location to explore the South of France and Fabienne was always on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

What a fabulous stay we had! Bernadette's house could not be in a better location, right in the centre of Cotignac, and at the same time incredibly quiet with a secluded beautiful garden and pool. For three adult couples, having the three bedrooms with all with ensuite, worked perfectly. Great communication with Bernadette, helped by the fact she lives on site (and consequently tends the garden beautifully). And thank you to Fifi and Booboo, the cutest of cats, for putting up with our little dog! Hope we can visit again :)

Philippe was an amazing host. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The studio is directly across the street from the beach, with an amazing view of the Gulf of St Tropez. The location of the studio was excellent as well, within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants and the ferry to St Tropez. A convenience store is two doors down, and a full supermarket a 5 minute walk. We stumbled upon a farmers market one day downtown and had some of the best cheese we’ve ever had. The space itself is as advertised. We spent our mornings overlooking the beach from the huge windows. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. One thing to not miss is the AMAZING water pressure and temperature in the shower, which we are not used to traveling through Europe. As others have mentioned, be prepared for the four story walk up to the apartment. But if you’re out all day like us it’s not a huge deal. Will come again. Thanks Philippe!

A truly wonderful apartment & our host Stéphane was amazing…. He could not do enough to make us feel welcome & help us with local recommendations. The apartment is a 10-15 min walk to St Tropez centre but is lovely & quiet. One of the very best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed at. Would highly recommend.

Very sweet house. Everything you need is on site. Unfortunately, it is quite loud. Street and loud music is already very annoying in the long run. But overall it was great. Above all, the direct view of the sea ♥️

Great apartment, walking distance to the city. The host was super friendly!

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Vincent was very communicative and made the checkin process easy! The location was a minute away from the beach and several restaurants - peaceful and just what we needed.

Thank you Virginie for this nice stay, quiet apartment in a secure residence close to the heart of the village, simply perfect. Hyper-responsive host and excellent communication. The apartment is superb, exactly as in the photos, large pleasant terrace and very good equipment. Parking space is a real plus. We'll be happy to go back.
